The room was clean and the service was terrific. Our only issues were mechanical, but there were multiple. Halfway through our week long stay the TV stopped working. It wouldn't get the apps (Netflix, Prime, etc). They spent about 2 hours working on it that evening and when they left the apps worked, but nothing else. The TV was not able to be fixed the next day either. They offered to change rooms, but we declined. We used a clothes washing machine and the spin cycle did not work, so the clothes were sopping wet. But they put them in the neighboring machine for free. And our toilet had a drip at the tank that left a small amount of water on the floor of the bathroom. We dried it up, but it eventually came back. Because of the quick and courteous service trying to rectify issues, we would probably stay again. They also removed our daily parking fee when requested, due to the TV issue (be sure to look at the fine print, there is a daily parking fee added to your bill as an incidental, not included in your Hotel.com payment. We were surprised when we saw it on the bill and requested it be removed due to the TV which they agreed to immediately.)
