Interior of rooms very outdated. Bathroom ceilings horrible. No counter space for bathroom. The rooms did not have any usb ports to charge devices.

Picked the wrong nights to stay in. It was a wrestling team there so all the kids were running nonstop close to midnight. I paid almost $500 for two night it definitely was not worth my money. The food at the restaurant inside was so disgusting I didn’t even touch my food after one bite!! I would love my money back honestly. But I would definitely not stay there again. Staff never asked at check out if I liked it. I did get text from the housekeeping which was nice but the lady that did go to my room was a bit weird because she made comments about the room. Which I wasn’t very comfortable with. The fact that I had trash in the trash can seemed to bug her ??? Which made me very uncomfortable. The lady that did text me asked about how they can make my stay more comfortable but honestly I don’t think k it was in their control for the kids. But it would’ve been nice for them to let the kids know not to run around!

Nice, clean property in a noisy area of Springfield. Lots of sirens throughout the (Saturday) evening. Very convenient location for our needs. Super friendly staff.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. One negative comment is that the room did not have cell phone charging connections. Nonetheless I would certainly return to this hotel.

Great place..
Hilton never disappoints. The Doubletree is our go to place to stay. It’s always clean, the staff is always very helpful, kind and great at their job. Beds are so comfortable. I have nothing bad at all to say. We will be back.

The Breakfast was Excellent with GREAT SERVICE and GOOD VARIETY OF CHOICES! The Restaurant for lunch and dinner SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS! The Food was DELICIOUS and The Presentation was OUTSTANDING with Creative Menu Items!!! The room and bed was Very Comfortable and the Staff and Security were a Plus!!

Asked for early check in and got there and was told I’d have to wait more than an hour as the room wasn’t ready. Then when I got to the room it was 58 degrees, just as cold as outside! Ridiculous. The room was clean and large so no issue there. The elevator was operated by using a room card which I liked for added security. The bed was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. Check out was at noon and housekeeping came and kept knocking on the door from 9 o’clock until 11:30 when we left. No one to print final receipt at front desk either so had to leave the key cards on the desk.

We were on a cross country road trip and stopped here for one night. Houlihan’s restaurant is in the lobby which was super convenient because we were so tired. Beautiful sunrise from our room on an upper floor. Staff super helpful and friendly at the front desk. We would stay here again.

It was a lovely stay. However, the temperature in the room was too hot. I tried to adjust the temperature several times on the thermostat with no results. When I departed yesterday morning, I went to the front desk to inform you. A mature woman was behind the desk. She never raised her eyes to look at me, didn’t greet me in anyway & mumbled something inaudible. I walked out knowing she wasn’t going to do a darn thing about it. Otherwise…perfect. Thank you!

Was shocked room didn’t include microwave and mini fridge. Indoor pool area was miserably hot and pool bottom cut up the kids feet. Tile around indoor and outdoor pool was hazardous, so slippery, difficult to walk across without losing balance.
