It is an older property with sound issues from adjoining rooms. The elevator is inconvenient and placed at the end of the property. The people were friendly.

The hotel is overall quite nice. The staff was very friendly. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The complimentary breakfast bar in the morning was quite good. The location near the Bass Pro Shop aquarium and ahopping area was very convenient. The bed was not as comfortable as i would have hoped. But overall it was a very enjoyable stay, and i would recommend this property.

Conveniently located next to Bass Pro less than 10 mins to the Missouri State University campus. The room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of food. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Check in was great. I received texts with instructions and links to check in early. I’d highly recommend stay here.

Not a lot of complaints— Pros: staff was very friendly, free water and candy available in the room, and free parking. Free breakfast too, but we didn’t have a chance to try. Cons: Bathroom needed some caulk maintenance and cleanup, and would be nice if guests weren’t forced to walk by smokers right in front of the building going to and from parking lot. It was much smaller and not as modern as I thought it would be. Personally I wouldn’t put it in the Excellent category.

My only complaint was there was another guest with a dog that barked very loud all hours of the early early morning. It kept my child and myself up and was not able to get a good nights sleep

Very noisy, could hear through wall people talking, couging and dogs parking all night. Was woken up.in the morning by cleaning crew talking very loudly outside our room.

Room was nice. I asked the guy at the front deskif there was a 24hr gas station close for coffee. He said if i couldnt find one he would make me coffee. I appreciated that!

Perfect customer service. Very clean. Only complaint, the elevator and hall to it always reeked of cigarette smoke. Other than that, amazing.

We booked two rooms and when we got there they gave us one room. We had to wait for 30 minutes for the staff to give us our another room and then they didn’t even try to put us in adjoining rooms or on the same floor. We had to show multiple receipts and they still didn’t believe we had two rooms .

Staff at the hotel lobby was not very polite and difficult to work with. I would never stay here again. She miss quoted. The price that we were charged ended up spending $40 more per room than what she quoted us.

The property and staff were great and really paid attention to the little details. The only reason that I didn’t give the property 5 stars is because the walls were paper thin and I could hear everyone in the hallway and other rooms so it was difficult to sleep.

The pool area was consumed with children until after 9 PM (the pool closes at 10) and was unavailable for people to use. Their parents were sitting at the tables, only children in the pool and hot tub. Maybe consider changing the time for Adults (18 ) after 8PM or something

Great place to stay. Great value, convenient restaurants nearby, along with one of the biggest bass pro shops across the street. Breakfast was great, and pool and hot tub were excellent after a long day. Highly recommend!!! ☺️
