Stayed in six different hotels during our trip and this hotel was the highlight! Gorgeous lobby, pool and outdoor areas. Our room was huge and so luxurious. Walk-in closer, big bathroom, seating area with desk and West Elm sofa. We also had an absolutely stunning mountain view. Delicious free breakfast buffet was icing on the cake!

Our hotel had an electrical fire, shut down power in Zion. The whole city went dark for 4 hours. Beautiful proptery, luxury accommodations. Thank you

everything was great - beautiful hotel and wonderful location - absolutely gorgeous, breakfast was ok.... except the reps checking in... they can be rude even though we paid extra for the balcony, ($1,300) for 3 nights AND we didn't get any room cleaning service AT ALL. They just did not show up...

This is a beautiful property nestled near the Zion Mountain range. The staff was very personable, and we were able to bring our bikes into our room. The breakfast was plentiful. The pool was wonderful for an evening dip. It's in the downtown area of Springdale, and shops & restaurants are easy walking distance. The entrance to Zion Nat'l Park is about a 2 minute drive or walk or bike ride. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was a very nice and relaxing place. The staff was nice and friendly. There are 3 restaurants that you can just walk up to them and all of them were good. I definitely want to come back again.

Property location conveniently close to Zion. Typical breakfast offered. I didn't like the extra parking charge. My room, 121, looked very used. Mattress was in need of replacement. Cabinets in bathroom peeling finish from water damage.Could hear the people above me walking around. Positives are staff are very friendly, microwave and small mini fridge in room. I could walk to nearby resturants. I stayed alone in the room and felt very safe. Great working A/C. Pool was nice to come back to after long day of hiking and bike riding. In all, average hotel with great staff.
