"The front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was very quiet even being next to the elevator we could not hear any noise. Breakfast is very nice with options like scrambled eggs that taste like good quality eggs; not the gross prepackaged stuff they feed you in America. There was roasted vegetables, bacon, sausage, and much more. They did not have wash cloths and also we did not receive our bottle of sparkling wine that was supposed to come with the reservation. We asked for more pillows and they brought a nice selection but they did not have pillow cases on them. Overall a very nice stay"

"This property was located perfectly. We just had a quick 1 night stay in Split and this worked perfectly. Nice view from our room and the sparkling wine gift was a nice touch."

"Beware!! Stay elsewhere!! This hotel placed us directly above a wedding that had VERY loud music until 4:30AM. Since there are no phones in the rooms, my husband had to go downstairs at 1:15am to inquire only to be told “sorry, but wedding will go until 4:00am”. This is after I specifically requested a quiet room prior to arriving AND upon our arrival, so this hotel LIED as they obviously knew about this wedding. I have requested a supervisor contact me on 4 separate occasions now only to be transferred from one useless person to another. The small pool was EMPTY, the sauna stunk of sulfur smell and no soap. Only CHEAP shampoo that’s also gel and totally dried out my hair. No conditioner. We had reserved a room with a “partial sea view”, but were given a very partial sea view overlooking the hotel’s smelly trash bins as we were on first floor."

"Excellent location, beautiful property. Without asking upgraded to a sea view room. Large rooms, even larger bathroom with heated flooring. Excellent rooftop bar with the best views. Great parking. Excellent breakfast and absolutely amazing staff going above and beyond to be helpful. Talking to us about the Croatian hospitality and culture, we truly enjoyed our stay would 100% recommend. And the location is perfect, you walk right into the Diocletian palace complex and it’s can’t be any more convenient. We loved our stay! Again kudos to the staff for making our stay so pleasant."

"Lovely clean hotel which is located 20mins walk from old town. The pool area is lovely but they have removed the sun loungers but this is still advertised on the booking sites. We had breakfast which was very good each day. The local restaurants are good but the local sandy beaches aren't great."
