"A well equipped, large 2 bedroom apartment. Ample parking. Easy to find. Central Fort William is not on the doorstep, but still walkable. Good internet. Only one downside, and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is the beds. I don't know how old the mattresses are, but they are kind of lumpy and I left a body shaped dent in mine when I got up (and I'm not a large person) - they need replacing. The double bed is also rather short - I am 5' 9" and my feet kept touching the base board - someone...

The old abbey (now the Highland Club) is a beautiful old building. It is about a 3 minute walk from the apartment to the heart of Fort Augustus with its restaurants and shops.
