Everyone was so friendly and nice. The only issue our refrigerator did not work and they sent someone up to see if they could fix it. Needless to say they could not

Nice clean hotel. Staff were extremely nice. Had a room with king bed and pull out sofa couch for the kids. Very roomy, clean and nice.

Geoff and his staff were very friendly. Greeted my family and made our stay comfortable. Pool was great only thing that happened was it required maintenance that was out of their control. My boys did swim 2 out of 3 nights we stayed. Definitely would recommend this to other’s traveling the area.

Non smoking property, yet the front desk staff smoke 2ft from entrance. Doors are LOUD, you can hear your neighbor down the hall closing the doors. Slow draining tub with shower is nasty. Overall, its a 2 star hotel not 3 as advertised.

The hotel had a bad smell. The smell in the room was even worse. I reserved a King size bed and got two queens. There was no hot water in the shower. We left one day early and drove through the night to get home. I would not recommend this hotel.

Upon entering the door, there is an overwhelming smell of air freshener, even in the hallways going to the rooms, however, the rooms are musty with an underlying smell of urine. After checking in and getting to my room, I am sent a text stating they clean rooms every 3 days so my room was never cleaned, trash never emptied, hand towels and towels but no washcloths. Second day, key does not work and just not a good experience for the price. The building from the outside and the grounds make you think that you are going to an A hotel but that just was not the experience that I had. Disappointed.

The tub was stained tan/brown and the shower curtain had some odd stain on it. The water pressure for the shower was worse than army showers in basic training and the water temperature was even worse - it was cold all the time! There was an odd smell when we got to the room which prompted us to by air fresheners for the room. The only good thing to eat at breakfast was the gravy biscuits. The juice was watered down so much that my children thought it was water. The staff serving breakfast was extremely friendly. The parking lot was clean and check-in/out was simple. We had an issue where housekeeping did not bring us fresh towels or more toilet paper, but the front desk gave us some after waiting for quite some time for housekeeping to do it. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again if I had to return to the area.

Very clean room and spacious. Great heated pool. No Hot water in shower during our 2 night stay. Breakfast option weren't the best due to broken equipment to toast bread or other warmerable items. Milk for cereal was in a gallon jug rather than individual cartons, which was not sanitary.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They served a hot breakfast but pancake machine was broken. Rooms were clean but shower pressure was very low and hard to get clean. Barley any warm water.
