The hotel was very well kept and all appliances were functional. The staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. The breakfast was just right and very much enjoyed. I will book again with Quality Inn in Spanish Fork!

I’m waiting to check in and there are no hotel workers. I’ve called their number and nobody answers. Expedia needs to make sure the hotels they book are actually open. 43 minutes before a person on drugs checked me in.

I don’t know what I was expecting for the price but either way it was a let down. First off, no one was at the desk when we came in and we had to wait a while to get someone to get our key. The room looked basic and average but it had a weird part of a sectional couch that was a weird addition to the room. It looked as if they bought a couch and split it up and put each portion in different rooms to save money but all it was used for was to put dirty clothes in it. The bathroom was horrendous. It looked worse than a school bathroom and that’s saying something. The shower was either blazing hot or super cold and the floor of the tub was yellow and sickening to look at. The fan in the bathroom was unusable since the noise made you think the fire alarm was set off. The fridge started making a loud obnoxious noise half way through the night and I had to unplug it because it was so loud. The staff seemed like they were just filling in for someone else as they seemed off putting and distant. Would not recommend

The first unpleasant surprise was that there wasn't an elevator, which has become a requirement for me due to arthritis. I just thought elevators are required in 2-story facilities, especially hotels. The refrigerator was noisy, had to turn it off during the night. Could easily hear traffic outside. Breakfast was disappointing. Bathroom light was iffy at times, and it didn't appear the fan was working. Just generally a shabby appearance of the facilities.
