Property is old looking; feels rundown. We couldn’t get in until after 5am following road closure overnight due to hazmat spill. When we initially called to ask hotel if there was alternate route, staff suggested we walk to hotel … with luggage and no place to leave rental car!! After about 4 hours with still no access, I asked staff if we couldn’t get there, were we going to be charged. After informed yes we would, we kept track of road opening so we could at least check in to take showers and get bite to eat after spending long night in rental vehicle with 3 adults. I believe a courtesy cancellation due to circumstances would have been appropriate and we would have driven to another area to find alternate accommodations.

I read the views and was kind of turned off vut i went to see and then the lady at the front tells me it's a $150 deposit cash only! I never been to any hotel or motel that charge that much for any damages!

The property was conveniently located a short drive from the cruise pier and the staff was very nice, but the rooms seemed old and were not clean. I wouldn’t stay there again without some much needed upgrades

Breakfast wasn't too bad for the price but if you like coackaroaches on the counter where the food is you'll be fine then.The room size was good and if you like moths flying around your bed you'll be fine too.

The entrance street was blocked by barricades by police, and couldn’t able to enter to the hotel. We waited until 11pm to enter, but still couldn’t able to enter. The street was totally blocked and police wouldn’t allow to enter at all. So we had to leave the place by force. We couldn’t even checked in at all. If there is such accident, the hotel should closed the reservation so we didn’t have to book. Now the hotel wouldn’t give us refund at all and Expedia also states there is nothing they can do.

Room wasn’t very clean. Feet were black from walking around the first morning. I had to wipe down the headboards and tv. Only got linen exchange the first day. Weekend breakfast was cold and the room was packed with nowhere to sit but you couldn’t leave the area with food. A good thorough cleaning would make a world of difference

Older motel with doors to the outside and you pull the cars right up to the room doors. Noisy, car alarms going off, people dragging suitcases past your door all night. People in the parking lot gathering and talking late into the night. Cheap price reflects the room conditions. Lots of maintenance issues. Toilet was loose and rocked, leaked onto the bathroom floor each flush, tub was gross needed to be replaced. Bathroom vent hanging down out of the ceiling. I could go on and on. Rooms had apparently been updated some time ago but they basically just put lipstick on a pig.

The property needs more maintenance. Hallway dirty and smells weed every time I would get out of the room. Room floor dirty , door in bathroom dirty so was the tub. Garbage outside the green garage tank. There was fecal on top of the ac next to my room for 2 days and when we check out it was still there, I reported to the lady on the front desk and nothing was done. Overall not a good experience.

You could tell that they are trying to get this property up to standards which would meet the desires of average travelers. The room was nice and although older, cosmetic things have been done to make it nicer. The beds were clean and comfy. The courtyard area where the pool l’s located is real cute. There were wild cats lurking around, it seems like they might feed them there. In certain areas it smelled like cat urine. I was walking from a family members room in the evening after dark and when I tuned the corner by the lower level corner room where it seems like someone from the hotel might live, 3 cats were frightened and ran out in front of me. Next, the staff. There was one English speaking associate. I needed a bath towel. It took 7 minutes for me to successfully ask for the towel because they had to find the English speaker to assist me. Then I was told to come back after 6 pm and they would be able to help me because they didn’t have any then. As I was walking back to my room, I passed the laundry area where staff was working on linens thankfully they had a towel for me. My son wanted to swim, there were no pool towels so the staff had the pool closed down for that reason. Also, there was a lot of garbage around, which probably says more about those who stay there than anything, but nobody was out trying to keep things tidied up either. The breakfast wasn’t good even for a hotel one. Food was cold. It was fine for a night while waiting to cruise, not longer!

Would not stay again. The refrigerator did not work. The AC was loud like a truck going on and off every 5 minutes. The bed made a weird noise. Pillow were hard. Didn’t see any bugs but there was one smashed in the shower and room service left it didn’t clean it!

The Ramada Inn at Cocoa FL was horrible. The property was not well kept. Many nails and screws were sticking out in random places, and it was clear it needed to be cleaned better. The room was horrible. The bottom of the door was falling apart. It looked like it had been kicked in and then it was pieced together with nails (falling out). The shower was all rusted and gross. The face plate to the shower faucet wasn’t on right and there was a huge hole on one sides. There were also various questionable patches in the bathroom shower. The walls had a lot of holes and dirty hand prints everywhere. The iron was hanging down from the wall and was all rusted. The sink didn’t look clean and there was a big hole in the wall in the bathroom area. We couldn’t close the curtains to the outside all the way (only one layer of curtains) so I saw lights all night. The bedside lamp wasn’t working and the phone was missing half its buttons… I could go on and on.

Pros: Close to Port, room was clean, the night clerk and regular staff were nice. Cons: Breakfast was sparse, packed with guests, with just a few selections, pretty pitiful actually for over $200 a night. Asked the night clerk for an hour extra time for checkout due to my wife's cancer, he agreed, but hotel management was knocking on the door at 10, rousing people out of their rooms, not friendly at all. The night clerk should have informed us that 10, not 11 (or the 12 we asked for) was check out. Price was pretty high, but Florida is one of those places where this is a regular occurrence in many hotels. You never seem to get what you pay for in hotels here, so it was no shock when this one underperformed.

Perfectly fine for my one night stay visiting family before a cruise. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the location is convenient to the highway but also just a few minutes away from the beach and the cruise port.

Room looked updated at first. Water stains on the ceiling, bathroom door wouldn't stay in the tracks so it was constantly opening, toilet wants properly fastened to the ground, breakfast was absolutely horrible, entire property was dirty and disheveled.

Where do i start, first and foremost, i I felt unsafe and to add to the matter there was police there late night, in the room didnt have a remote for the TV had to call and go get one from the front desk. We only had two towels and the curtains would not stay closed and the light outside that is broke blinked all night inside the room. I will never stay there again. Out of all the Wyndham i have stayed at.. this is the worst!! The floors were dirty, the couch has seen better days, it was flat and had grease stains in the head part, there was people outside i'm assuming that lives there hanging outside smoking weed. The tub was dirty and stained, and the toilet seat was not correct for the toilet and when you sat down you about slid of the toilet. The bed was uncomfortable and made noises everytime you moved around and the pillows were the size of throw pillows, There was no lamps on the nightstand so you had to get up and turn the main light on. I felt like they wanted the money for the room and didnt care about the manner of the room.

There were no bed side lights. Yje barn door for the bathroom fell off the track. There was no soap holder in the shower or place for your shampoo. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall when trying to get toilet paper. Only one washing machine was working. The breakfast food was terrible and cold. When we went for breakfast we were locked out of the room and had to get a new key card. We were a party of 6 with 3 rooms. We were all locked out. The good was the room was clean.
