"My issue was there was 2 bugs in the bathroom I only rented that hotel because the pool was supposed to be open and I did call prior even though it said that it was open on the when I booked it, they said to me they got to get it inspected, it should be open tomorrow. I was there for 8 days, not 1 day. Was it open if I would have known that for the money I spent I couldn'.\nT have a nice hotel with a pool that was open And only ate breakfast. One time, which I didn't eat, they need to update and get with modern times because frozen patties and fake eggs are not on the menu, I can't eat nuts. The only thing they had for dessert was a banana nut muffin, so there was no dessert to take the coffee there was no milk use creamers. I like regular milk. They had a container that 4 milk, but it smelled bad.So I couldn't even have a bowl of cereal.Yeah , no good"

"We did a shorter stay than normal, so we didn't get a house on the beach. Location is great, pool was awesome and we just had a short drive to the beach where parking is free after 5:00. Pool by day, beach in the evening, close to everything!"

"The picture of the room was not what I was exception that weekend, the room was small and the room that we were in had water damage on the top of he window area and also at the bottom of the window area. The mattress was not comfortable at the same time. We did have breakfast and was ok on that area."

"Location and house were as advertised on the site. The location is fantastic as it is a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the main street in Southern Pines. It is less than 5 minutes driving to Southern Pines Golf Club and 10-15 minutes to Pinehurst. There were a couple of issues with the property (clogged drain, light bulbs out, outdated refrigerator water filter) when we arrived, but the host was fantastic, as he jumped right on the issues the next morning and had most items corrected the next day. He was gracious, apologetic, and made every effort to allow us to seamlessly enjoy the home for the rest of our stay, Thank you."
