"The hotel is very beautiful and grand, the lobby is great for chilling out and taking photos! The room was a good size for three people and we had a pool view balcony. However the staff only ever stocked the room with towels and water for two people, which became a daily annoyance of having to request extra things. The staff were not very helpful, instead of helping book taxis and not getting scammed as tourists, it seemed they were part of the scam."

Toilet wouldn’t flush and no water pressure in washlet, ended up fixing it myself. Bathroom had limited light, making showers kinda difficult. "Walking distance to areas of interest. Rooms are well maintained and sufficient amenities are provided. Very polite and helpful staff. Hotel is a little aged but comfortable. Beds could be a little softer and thicker blanket should be provided as it was cold even when the air-con was set to 25 Deg C"

"Overall, this is a good hotel to stay if you are alone. If you have your wife or girlfriend with you I would NEVER stay here. All the customers staying here are Indian men taking prostitutes to their rooms all hours of the day and night. I had no idea it was like this and my girlfriend was with me and ALL of the Indian men staying there would look at her like a piece of meat and were so rude they would talk to her even she is walking with me. "I liked that the room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff was extremely friendly and polite. However, no provision of tooth brush and toothpaste. Bath tub was average but water was not hot enough to have a nice bath and shower. The pool design lacked any sunlight throughout the day and pool water was very cold. Thought the breakfast could have some changes as everyday was exactly the same thing and insufficient western options. "
