room was sufficient, nothing special, but good for price. Not great staying with a toddler due to height of the beds, and the metal frames which were at "head height". Prefer a room with sink/counter outside of the toilet/bath/shower area.

This hotel was not very well cleaned. The rooms look outdated. There were dead bugs along the edges of the walls. Did not give off a clean, refreshing vibe.
The young lady who checked us in was friendly and able to cover everything. We had no questions. She was Awesome!! This is our fourth or fifth time staying there and our first time with her. I hope we see her every time we stay.

Two of the staff where very good. One of the staff a very large man. Was very rude to several customers including people trying to get past the locked door to get to the counter. He just sat and stared at them not offering assistance or advice. The day we checked out of our very limited assistance room. I walked to the counter to ask for an extra thirty minutes as I woke a bit late. Only asking for this time to straighten the room and take care of medicine. He looked at his watch and with a angry face said I could have a very quick 30 mintues. Establishing his dominance over people in need. I walked away a few steps and turned. I told him thanks a heap and I wonder what Wyndham would say when this was reported. And that I don't appreciate his condescending tone as if he couldn't spare a few. Moments. So my wife and I hurried my medicine and cleaned up the best we could. Nothing that I am proud of as I believe in leaving a room the same way I received it. At check out this man tried to apologize with lies saying he didn't know what time it was. I say this is a lie because he repeated the time to me when I asked for the extra 30 minutes. As if I didn't know the time. beyond this very uncomfortable person the shower hose was broken. There was no water pressure in the shower. The toilet paper had stains on it. The TVs picture was stuck on tuvac from star trek. The dust and grim on the counter tops was nasty. And the beds sheets looked as if it was slept in.

Only reason for poor rating was the bed frame kept popping and making noise all night long when you moved on the bed. The mattress was very comfortable.

Do not stay here under any circumstances. Unfriendly staff, dirty and in ill repair and jacked up prices for Notre Dame game weekends. No hot water in the showers (not just our room - heard others making same complaint in the lobby) and no satisfaction whatsoever from the staff. This hotel is just riding the wave of being so close to Notre Dame and overcharging for an out of date and poorly maintained facility.

We appreciate guest breakfast needs and provide a quick grab and go style breakfast. There are plenty of resturant choices in the area that one could chose from for a fuller breakfast.

The facilities were fairly new, it would have been nice to had a hottub, better protein options (the sausage mc-muffin was kinda leatherish when warmed in the microwave) for breakfast, and more gf options.
