Lovely porch with chairs and a nice fire to sit by with other guests, if you choose. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. You can choose to eat at their restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We had a lovely breakfast on the rooftop that had a beautiful view of the ocean. "It seemed the property was not ready for guests. The rooms and shelves were not very clean. The sink leaked and the bath drainage took a long time to drain. The stoves for cooking did not have knobs for turning it on. You could hardly see with the light in the bathroom when we arrived. The sofa was torn and squeaked. Linen & towels did not look fresh & clean (very old)."
