"The family running the hotel were awesome and so helpful! They had a wonderful breakfast which was included and were so helpful directing us where to sightsee. The negative was the air conditioner wasn’t working and we did find it warm in the room. The beds and pillows could use an upgrade. "

"We stayed here for our sightseeing trips to Venice. The hotel has seen better days. We expected 3-star and got just that, plus a lot of noice early in the morning as the cleaning crews closet was right outside our door. We booked this place because of the pool which to our unpleasant surprise was closed. For that aspect alone, 3 stars becomes 2."

"The location is excellent just about 3 minutes work to San Marco, also the bedrooms were quite spacious and they had everything we needed in the apartment. They also gave us a free tour to see the Murano glass factory."
