Pictures are a lie. Extremely small
VERY SMALL. Looks nothing like the pictures they have posted. I paid extra to have the “superior ocean” room, that was a lie. I couldn’t even roll my suitcase through the room because of how small the room was. I was on the first floor and there was a lot of trees in the way so I couldn’t really see the ocean. I would call this a partial ocean view. But of course they won’t admit that. After seeing the room I immediately asked the front desk if they could do anything about it. The hotel was fully booked so they didn’t do anything. No refund or credit. This hotel was pretty expensive for no reason. Very far away from downtown with tiny rooms. I stayed for about 4 days and housekeeping only came by twice. Sliding door for the bathroom could never properly close and the outdoor patio door couldn’t close all the way. Go somewhere else. This place is NOT worth it

As soon as I checked in I was disappointed. The air conditioning and refrigerator didn’t work. The room was extremely small 11 ft x 20 ft which includes a very small one person bathroom - 4 ft x 7 ft. So the actual space of the room was 7x13. They said they fixed the air conditioning the next day but it still didn’t get cold. The refrigerator never got fixed. The only positive was a delicious buffet breakfast!

The air coditioning was at its low: 19 degrees and it was freezing but you kept saying it was not enough... And about the complain for the SMALL room: it was 20 m2... did you expected a suite?We are a 3 stars hotel and we try to make always our best but we really do not understand your needs. Regards.

the staff were fantastic, as was the buffet breakfast. the bus a level 3 min walk that takes you 10mins into sorrento. The hotel was clean. the only minor negative was noise on the fri , sat night wjen peoe arrived home or had to leave early for the airport as the staircase was marble and sound was loud but this was minimal. good value for money

Our stay was nice, the lady at the front desk was amazing! She was polite and helpful and very happy and cheery. Vacuuming at 8 in the morning was uncool and there is not much around and taxi’s are very expensive but overall it was a great stay!

simple hotel with friendly staff
it’s one of the cheapest hotel in this tourist area for a reason. however the breakfast was wonderful, the staff friendly, restaurant recommendations amazing. functional hotel with slightly risqué wall art…it is hotel spicy place is a bit dated and you have to climb stairs to your room. a bit far from places but the staff will help arrange transportation….remember it’s a tourist town so transport is not cheap

The view was really nice. Breakfast was delicious and a huge variety. What was a challengevis the stairs with heavy suitcases was difficult but the staff was great as he helped us carry the suitxase up

Rooms extremely small from North American or European view in my opinion. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast average ( usual cakes, cereal etc). It’s about 1 mile from sorrento and necessary to take a bus( taxis extremely expensive 25 euros for the one mile vs 1.9 euro by bus). It’s a quiet hotel and probably deserves a 2*…I was most disappointed as to distance to city, very small room( I stayed 6 nights.. 3 is more than enough).. not many restaurants in immediate vicinity although 2 related came for complimentary pickup

We are sorry to read that your stay was not really very pleasant, above all because according to you we deserve a two star rating, but believe us, we are a 3 star and we pride ourselves on this because we always do our best.What saddens us the most are the comments about the distance from the centre: the hotel is located just 1.8 km from the center of Sorrento, and this information is really written everywhere: we think it is very advisable, before making any reservation, to carefully read all the services that a structure can offer, but above all the position, in order to understand whether or not a structure is able to satisfy the customer needs.Furthermore, we don't understand why this disappointment: we have the local bus that runs every 20 minutes and in less than 5 minutes you can reach the center without problems, or again, the shuttle service that a structure near us also offers for our customers, a shuttle that is truly excellent for our customers and that makes the distance even less than it is.What we can recommend for any future bookings is to pay more attention to the position of a structure that you are going to choose and above all to take into account the needs that you have, so as not to be dissatisfied with not having services which, with lots of written, the structure certifies that it does not have but that they are still expected.Best regards.

Great and affordable place to stay. No elevator. A bit far from centro, but many ways to get there and back. Need to purchase a ticket for the public bus before getting on. Property was great and really friendly and helpful staff. Front desk staff spoke english very well.

pictures aren't real ,bad stincky odor in the room
the staff was very kind and very helpful , and this is the only positive thing !!! the rooms wasn't at all as shown in the pictures ( looks like they made the pictures by photoshop !!! ) , bad rooms with very bad decoration and old equipments . the bath is very small , it's very difficult to take a shower .... AND the room smells stincky ... very bad odor ! there is no lift !!

It was a nice, clean comfortable hotel. The shower was a real tight squeeze and that was the only negative during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is a little away from the Sorrento train station, so make sure one reached Sorrento when public transport is still operating, else be ready to spend 30 Euros on a taxi to reach there.

We paid a bit extra for a balcony with view and it was worth it! Shuttle from nearby camp ground to town center very convenient. Staff very helpful. Rooms / hallways very noisy - we were woken up when others arrived back to the hotel late at night ( almost every night,).

Great stay in a beautiful part of the world. Very helpful staff. Bit further out of town and had to pay a daily rate to park which we did not know until we arrived.

Nice views from the hotel
The hotel was a bit far from the town centre but with shuttle buses nearby that only cost 1 Euro person each way, it wasnt a big issue. Public transport is fairly cheap with a bus stop being near to the hotel. The hotel had aircon which was nice and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was nice.

Modern and Neat
No lift/levator makes it difficult to run up and down. Internet sucks though they insisted it worked but it really did not. Breakfast basic. Hotel immaculate and staff super nice.

Decent stay
It’s a little far away from the town center but there’s a shuttle that takes you there for 2 euro each way and runs every hour. Breakfast was decent. People at front desk were nice. Good hotel if you’re on a budget!

Very basic but clean
The room was small. The shower was tiny (2feet x 2feet) breakfast was basic but ok. Bed was big and comfortable with the internet you had to log on every time. It was only used for sleeping so not to bad overall.

Room with a view
Friendly relaxed atmosphere, very helpful. Within walking distance of Sorrento. Also courtesy transport nearby. It is on a busy road, but on a convenient bus route to nearby towns of Massa Lubrense and S. Agata. View from bedroom balcony overlooks Sorrento town and hills above, quite lovely. Breakfast good. Staff very efficient and pleasant. Room and public areas very clean. No lift.

Interesting Hotel.
Interesting hotel about a 10 min ride from the main plaza of Sorrento. The hote is on a curve and it is a bit dangerous to cross, specially since there are sidewalks. The inside of the hotel is interesting because when you enter you dont expect to see a lobby and dinning room that looks like a club. The room was simple, two twins joined together like most italian hotels. We had a balcony which was nice. The Area is quiet and is close to a little hidden location in front of the water, which is a must to see place. Breakfast was simple, basic items. The staff was very nice to us, no complaints and they helped us too. The ride to the plaza takes ten minutes on a shuttle bus from a nearby campsite or you can take the regular city bus.

Comfortable stay in Sorrento
This hotel was nice, but not fantastic. Free breakfast was good but my aunt found an ant on her bread. Also, it's very far from the nice beaches of Sorrento. I would recommend finding a hotel in the center of Sorrento instead.

Regarding the distance from the the beaches, is specified in the description that we are 1.5 km from the center, but we have a shuttle service that runs every hour and stops in the center of Sorrento. We hope at least that you were satisfied by the staff. Regards

Sorrento stay
The hotel is on the coast up a steep. It's is clean and spacious. The staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was a buffet but it got boring by the last day. The only thing I didn't like were the stairs I had to climb to get to our room. Everything else was great!

Nice hotel
We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of our Italy trip. The hotel was nice although could do with some improvements. The staff were amazing and very attentive, also the buffet breakfast was great. The room itself was fine however the door was slightly broken and the toilet was hard to flush. The bed was super comfy though and the a/c was great. Unfortunately the rooms were not very sound proof and we were woken in the night with a lot of slamming doors and loud voices. (Not the hotels fault necessarily but there seemed to be a large group of teenage girls on a trip or something). Putting this aside it's a nice place to stay. It's within walking distance to a great lagoon/swimming cave and some fab restaurants. Also there's a minibus for a euro that takes you into town. Also we'd highly recommend the Capri trip the reception advertised (€85) - it was amazing!! Thanks for having us stay!

Convenient hotel
Nothing special but staff was nice and the rooms were ok. The only real downside was the rashing occurred to my gf's skin after using the towel (didn't happen to me though). This happened to her throughout all the hotels in the area though and was gone after 5min

Great stay at the Spicy
We were greeted at the front door for check in. Immediately given a local map and instructions to take a shuttle downtown. Room was very clean. Front desk was always available and extremely helpful with sightseeing tips. Breakfast was fresh everyday. Everyday the room was as clean as the day we arrived after servicing. Great stay!

Very cute hotel, easily accessible to the city center via the city bus/shuttle. Our AC unit kept spewing water both nights of our stay onto one of our beds....and the room was very small to fit 4 (the pictures online for the rooms we found to be a bit misleading size/style wise) . However the staff were very sweet and nice! The breakfast was delicious!! And the woman who made us coffee in the morning makes the best cappuccinos and was very sweet (she remembered our orders from the day before!)
