We arrived after check in time, had to wait over an hour for a subpar room. While getting dinner at the hotel restaurant, they forgot to put in my order completely and we waited over an hour for a replacement (30 mins before anyone checked in). Finally, when we were going to return to the room, we stepped in the elevator and as the door was shutting, multiple cables snapped in front of our eyes. Negative 5 stars wouldn't be low enough for our experience.

Very good breakfast Very nice staff Modern decor If you know the way, then it’s a 25 minute walk into the centre and was safe even late at night. If you don’t know the area then you will need to get a taxi

Recently visited for a 4 night stay for a birthday trip. The hotel was under renovation at the entrance but the inside was already completed and it looked elegant and immaculate. Very nice design throughout the entire hotel and all the facilities were amazing. The restaurant food was lovely, the pool and spa was incredible and relaxing. I enjoyed a massage that was good value for money. The gym was nice too, plenty of equipment to use. Also the room we had was fantastic, such a lovely design and very functional, had everything we needed and more.

Tuesday night the hotel held a party with music. Extremely loud and noisy. They told me was a birthday celebration and was meant to last up to 1am. I told them I needed to catch an early plane in the morning and they offered me other room in the 4th floor. But I could hear the music with less intensity though. The issue was that in the new room the smoke detector in the wc was on the whole night. Did not switch off as it was broken. It was a nightmare and could not sleep.....

Tutto bene. Unica nota negativa ho usato le scale tutti i giorni invece dell'ascensore e per 2 giorni c'erano gli stessi bicchieri vuoti e piatti sporchi lasciati sul giro scale. Non bello da vedere.

Nice hotel with nice premises. Good value/price rate. 2 compalinst, first I contracted one large bed and I found 2 beds. Second, my room had an internal door coneting with another room and was noisy.

A quality stay near Paradise Center
Maison Sofia is a lovely hotel with great staff. The location is not easily reached with public transport, but taxis in Sofia are quite cheap and they'll bring you to the front door. My room had clearly been cleaned some time ago, as there was dust around, but otherwise it was very nice. The breakfast was delicious, and the spa facilities okay.

Comfortabel hotel
Het is een mooi hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. De gym is groot en van alle gemakken voorzien maar zou wel een grote schoonmaakbeurt kunnen gebruiken. De kamer had geen mogelijkheid om de stroom bij het verlaten uit te schakelen. Je moet er dus zelf aan denken om de verlichting uit te doen.
