DON'T COME HERE EVER. Avoid this place. They have no hot water. They didn't warning us prior arrival. We came to reception and they say no hot water. Smells dump. All dirty, carpet discussing. All these things and they didn't refund us. We bought via expedia they didn't help us either.

Terrible experience
I had to prepare my bed myself. The rooms are very old, the bathroom was smelly and dirty and water was leaking everywhere. No hot water and one could hear everything from neighbors. the only good side is the location, near to everything in the city center

The hotel is in a nice area in the downtown of Sofia. However, the bathroom shower area was a bit filthy, the door of the bathroom didn't close properly, and the floor of the room was not properly clean.

I spent a good deal of time wondering what the big red stain on the curtains could be, and finally decided that even the good answers were pretty bad, and left. Was able to find a hotel in a nicer area for just $5 more, and it was very much worth the upgrade. This hotel was really creepy. Check-in was with the Chinese restaurant next-door. Room was small and located down a ramshackle hallway. Weird sounds at night. Location is pretty good, but I would not recommend to anyone.

Location, location, location!
The location is excellent! Excellent transport route. It is in the middle of the city. There was no one at reception when i arrived about 22:30. Got help from someone to ring the number on the front door and they brought the key and the fob. I didn’t see any kettle, tea or coffee. It is basic but cool, as you can get coffee at next door restaurant.

The location is good, there isn't much choice of budget hotels central. I would stay again but the front desk isn't 24hours and you've got to be patient to check-in. But the staff was very helpful and helped me with a taxi.

I país for 3 nights I only could stay 1 Despite being a "non-smoke" hotel the cigarette smell everywhere. The air condition did not worked. Or I never was given a remote for that

Only location, nothing else. No elevator, have to cary my backs to 3 rd floor by myself. In the first room not working the TV, second not at all. The third one was OK, but... But have to prepare the bed by myself. Thanks a lot, never ever back to that place.

Alabin baking
Great location for city centre, five-minute walk. But no cleaners so no dry towels, bed never changed over four-night stay. Breakfast was included, but that amounts to a cup of coffee and a muffin/savoury in a bakery next to hotel. But the staff there were welcoming as were hotel receptionists who were young, willing and spoke very good English. Reception was also open 24/7.

The location is great. But the hotel is a bit odd. Room was very small..But then again you get what you pay for, which I think is adequate. Staff was really nice and helpful, reception is open 24h, There aee loads of places to eat around the area....

Il posto è centrale e secondo me è l'unico preggio della struttura. Le parti comuni sono brutti e puzzolenti. La camera è grande . Il bagno con lavandino che perde e muffa negli angoli.Forte odore di sigarette.Se serve un appoggio di una notte a basso costosenza pretese di niente allora può andare.

Asqueroso se queda corto
Horrible. La recepción no es 24 h y no nos avisaron. El ascensor roto. Entramos a la habitación y resulta que nos tuvimos que poner a hacer las camas nosotros mismos. Nos encontramos los colchones mugrientos descubiertos con una simple sábana encima. Además, lo único que había encima de la cama era otra sábana para cubir los edredones que estaban dentro del armario y tuvimos que ponernos nosotros a meterlos dentro de los cubre edredones. Los edredones asquerosos, con pelotillas y suciedad. Las sábanas con manchas. Las paredes con manchas y desgastadas. Por si fuese poco, el suelo de la habitación estaba lleno de polvo, hecho bolas y había bastante. Ahora vamos con el baño: la alcachofa de la ducha rota, se salía el agua por todos lados, no había toalla para el suelo, únicamente nos dieron una toalla mediana por persona. No había champú (pese haber preguntado con anterioridad y ellos nos confirmarnos que sí que habría). En fin, daba todo asco. Lo único bueno la zona, pero para dormir en una casa del terror mejor buscar otras opciones. No repetiría.

Muy feo el hotel, huelo a mucha humedad, la alfombra muy sucia, no funcionaba el elevador, no tenia restaurante, costales de basura en la recepción. Lo tienen como 3* y el lugar dice 1*, la calefacción muy caliente y no la pudieron bajar, el baño no tenia cortina, no dejaron shampoo y no hicieron el cuarto al dia siguiente, no hablan inglés, no pudimos encargar el equipaje. Te dan un contro para que tú abras y cierres ya que no hay nadie en la recepción a ninguna hora. Me arrepiento de haberlo reservado, tuve que cambiarme de hotel

Cheap hotel, so its not the greatest. But you get what you pay for. Location is great, couple minutes from vitosha street. The girl behind the desk is very friendly and helpfull. Bed was good. There was a problem with the hot water because of maintance. But its was told and asked during check in if this was a problem.

Avskyvärt hotell
Detta hotell är avskyvärt. Hotellet är i behov av renovering, det är trasigt och smutsigt. Det finns ingen hiss men personalen erbjöd sig att bära väskan till rummet. Första natten fick vi ett rum med en väldigt liten säng till två personer,rummet var även väldigt litet,ingen plats till att fälla upp en väska,aircondition fungerade inte.Det luktade väldigt mycket ciggaretter och mögel,det var svartmögel på väggarna. Nästa dag fick vi byta rum eftersom det luktade så illa,detta rum var lite större och luktade lite mindre rök. Hotellet erbjuder ingen frukost. Utöver all negativ kritik så är det ett fantastiskt läge, bara 5 minuters promenad till den stora huvudgatan.

le foto delle camere sono chiaramente ritoccate per sembrare decenti il personale è scortese: tenta di dirti che non hai diritto alla colazione la colazione è al panificio di fianco, ma è limitata ad un caffè ed un sandwich salato pulizie giornaliere assenti location ok, comoda al centro
