"Very clean and check-in was super easy. Very nice hosts. A great place to relax and enjoy the surrounding olive trees. Very close to Trieste and Koper - so it's also a great location if you need to get groceries or want to go for dinner or drinks. Bonus - there's an outdoor wood burning fireplace / bbq - it kept us warm on a cold night! Overall a great place. Highly recommend! "

"Casa Frata is a fantastic home, very comfortable, with magnificent views, and esay access to great villages both in Slovenia and Croatia. Ulrich & Irena have bwen thinking of every small details to make this place beautful, practical and comfortable. You can feel they trust their guests a lot. "Checked in for a few days in early October and met the property owner Andrej at the apartment. Andrej was very welcoming and gave us lots of useful information about Ljubljana. The apartment is delightful, very cosy and with everything you need. Very close to centre of Ljubljana (5 minutes on bus or 15 minutes walk), and also close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay here!!"

"Sehr schöne Ferienhäuser! Sehr gerne wieder mal! Alles toll hergerichtet, sauber und gepflegt! Toller Pool und Whirlpool! Super ruhige Lage (mit Meerblick) und trotzdem ist man in 10-15 min am Meer/Stadt. Im Ort gibts Bäcker und Supermarkt! Vermieter nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht!"

"Wer Ruhe sucht und Erholung findet hier einen idealen Platz. Das Häuschen ist liebevoll und großzügig ausgestattet. Es ist genügend Platz im Haus und auf der großen Terasse, dass man es bequem und gemütlich hat. Man kann von hier aus zu Wanderungen aufbrechen oder ins nahe gelegene Ptuj fahren und zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und waren jederzeit ansprechbar. "Well situated, close to Bled but far enough to avoid the traffic jams in summer. Well appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of sitting areas. Three good sized bedrooms, although the double bedroom at the top of the house has no curtains / blind, which meant it wasn't ideal with the early summer dawn. But overall, an absolutely lovely place to spend a week and explore a beautiful country."

"We had a lovey time staying at Ivanovci. The house is beautiful and very well looked after. Our children especially loved the pool. We enjoyed fishing at a nearby lake and had an amazing meal at Zeleni Gaj and would definitely recommend. Thank you."
