Checkin delayed to 10:30pm, no bed for a child on reservation or linen. (Arrived at 11pm). Broken - Plug for bath, therefore no bath. Broken - Heating / Cooling Broken coffee machine I would have been better sleeping in the car.

Additionally, the broken bath plug, heating/cooling system, and coffee machine are unacceptable, and I regret the inconvenience they caused you.I understand how frustrating and disappointing this experience must have been, especially after a long day of travel. Waiting for the bus to shuttle us to the hotel was not convenient. We waited over an 1 hr and half for it to arrive. Half the group left to Uber because of the delay. When we checked into our hotel, the staff was a bit condescending which I didn’t appreciate. Also there was hardly an information about where to find breakfast etc. Hardly any information was given. There was fridge in the room which was nice; however it was not functioning. The bar staff were polite and the breakfast staff also polite.

The bed in the room was rock hard, poor nights sleep. Also the lounge is very limited when I compare to Marriott where I normally stay, The staff are great, great bar and cocktails and nice restaurant. Get the beds sorted improve the lounge and I will come back to what would be a 5 star hotel

Although transportation is an issue if you are on a time crunch but if you plan in advance or don’t mind spending a few dollars, transportation can be easy with half an hour shuttle and uber. Has a positive experience. Helpful staff and nice ambience.

Overall the hotel was okay. The staff was attentive. We were given a room fitted for people with disabilities; which was up to date but not very well maintained or accommodating as far as comfort goes.

This property needs a free shuttle. It was very difficult to get to the hotel from the airport. Going to the airport was easier but it cost $13 and was not a hotel shuttle (meaning the hotel was not accountable for the quality of the service). The driver was rude and did not help us with our luggage.This is a nice hotel but we will not return until they provide a hotel shuttle.

This property was far from the airport. There was very limited dining and felt more like a business property rather than tourist property.

I recommend that this hotel provide its own shuttle from the airport because it's too hard to get there. We received a long confusing note from the hotel telling us how to get there but none were satisfactory. It's deceiving to tell potential customers that this Hilton hotel is at Terminal 5. It is not in the airport.

With regards to the shuttle bus we are unfortunately unable to operate our own bus due to Heathrow Airport restrictions. Some of the lights in my room did not work properly and it took a long time to get through to the front desk to report it (the phone rang and rang) and once I did, maintenance never did come. So my room was overly dark. The bed was also quite hard.

The hotel offered, stay and park for our holiday from Heathrow. We paid to stay the night before our flight and then had parking all week. We then also decided to book an additional night when we landed. This worked out as really good valuevfor money. Otherwise parking is £16 per night. The hotel is spacious and relaxed and we really enjoyed the spa facilities. Although there were lits of little flies everywhere in the spa. We also really liked that there was a shared Uber booking portal in reception to the airport which we used and found really well priced.

easy to take the free transfer train to terminal 5 and then hop on the hotel hoppa bus. check-in was easy and friendly. hotel was lovely, will stay again for a heathrow overnight.

Bit disappointing
Ok hotel a little old fashioned looking in places but nice rooms. Booked executive room and disappointed it only served very limited snacks and drinks until 7pm, we just made it in time and the server kindly helped us out. A mix up at check in meant we were in the wrong room and someone tried to enter over night!!!

Bus from T5 to hotel is not a free shuttle which is a rip off really ! £6.80 !! Travel alot and never had to pay for a hotel shuttle ! Room ok … room service BLT was awful ! Soggy toast - bacon was rock hard ! Don’t think I would stay again if needing a hotel at the airport - there are others !
