"We vacationed here in late May with our young adult children and had a delightful time. The two pools have beautiful views and we also enjoyed evening aperitif's on the deck overlooking the lake. The staff was extremely helpful in answering our questions and when asked, shared their favorite place to get gelato (Sirmione has more gelato stores than you can count). The recommendation did not disappoint! Breakfast had plenty of delicious offerings for everyone's tastes, and again, the views from inside or the deck were gorgeous. Another plus is that the hotel is in easy walking distance of Sirmione with its attractions, yet off the beaten path enough to feel like a retreat. We loved our stay!"

"Great hotel in the heart of the historical center of Sirmione. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of choices. Our room had a balcony with a lake view and was comfortable for the two of us. The hotel also has its own private like terrace for sun bathing and offers overnight parking - both are rare features. We'd recommend this place to family and friends."

"Hotel location is very unique! It is far out on the peninsula so driving through the tiny town to get there was a challenge. But the views are lovely and the room was spacious. Balcony was huge! A very nice hotel!"

"The location was amazing! Such a cute little area! The staff was really helpful and they helped arrange a shuttle from the parking lot to the hotel. The only thing to prepare for is the small rooms and limited amenities. Also in the pictures it shows a pool but that does not come with the hotel; it is the thermal spa nearby. P.s. You should go on the boat ride tour! It’s so fun! P.p.s. This was written from a child’s perspective!"

"The only positive was the location: it is near the shuttle bus and not too far from the center. However, the stay itself was very disappointing and far below what we expected from a 4-star property. The room was advertised with a double bed, but we received two unstable single beds pushed together. The mattresses separated easily, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Bedding was inadequate: single blankets, no proper blanket covers, and unpleasant smells. Towels and sheets required extra payment, which was not clearly disclosed when booking. Wi-Fi also required an extra charge. The bathroom had visible mold in the shower, broken sink and bidet fixtures, and almost no toiletries except one small hand soap. We reported the problems to reception and were told they would be fixed, but nothing meaningful was resolved during our stay. Overall, cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and service were unacceptable."

"A stunning old hotel right at the end of the peninsula of Sirmione. We had a long weekend in the gorgeous Vivaldi suite. It was spacious, clean and comfortable (except for the incredibly hard pillows!) The staff are lovely and the breakfast is wonderful. The only criticism of the staff would be the owner who delivers the morning coffees. He was pretty rude and didn’t give the impression he was happy to see you. Our stay was over a weekend and we hired a car. That was a mistake - the amount of people in Sirmione is incredible. There were a lot of restrictions around when you can and can’t bring your car into the town over weekends and special events - which we didn’t realise until we arrived! I would stay at this hotel again and enjoyed our stay."
