"My husband and I looked for 2 days for a hotel that would have a pool with a slide that accommodated dogs. We have stayed here in the past and could finally afford the room charge to enjoy the pool. We even sacrificed drive time on our trip to take the kids to their grandparents for some summer fun. We could have gone farther and found a cheaper hotel with a pool.
Upon our check in, we were informed that the pool was closed. Already had paid for the room with no immediate refund to find a different hotel. What were we supposed to do? Vending machine was also not working correctly on our floor so we had to go to a different floor to get bottled water.
My husband went to pizza ranch with our older two and I stayed back at the hotel with dogs and youngest child to have a pizza party…to try to recoup some don’t time since pool was closed. The fridges don’t even hold a small pizza box…
We found a child’s toy under the sofa sleeper and a spoon with dried food on it on the floor.
Experience was just annoying…
We will try again, but we will be asking more questions before paying next time."
