"Beautiful hotel with awesome rooms, cool Rock & Roll history. Casino was very clean and well maintained. All the staff were awesome!! Super friendly and helpful."
"The first room they gave us smelled like wet dog. If I had known it was pet friendly in every room I would not have stayed there. The second room they gave us was supposed to have been
just deep cleaned still smelled like wet dog. One would think that there would be certain rooms that would be pet free. Now 12 hrs later at my home all I smell is wet dog and I don't have any pets."
"Asked for a late check out since we were coming in to town so late at night. Clerk stated we could check out at noon. By 9 am housekeeping was beating on our door asking how soon we were leaving. They came back every half hour walking us up even though we told them repeatedly we had a late check out. Then at 1050 they came beating at the door again stating if we weren’t out by 11 they were charging us an extra $20. The entire place is falling apart. The shower rod is taped to the wall. The bathroom sink leaks and ran all night. Had to keep the door closed to drown out the sound of water dripping. The beds were terrible and creaked every time you moved. The pillows were like square bricks. There was no blankets just 2 sheets on each bed. The air conditioner barely worked and it kept shutting off. People were running up and down the halls all night and making a ton of noise. The entire place stinks. The rooms are filthy and unkept. 0/10 would not recommend staying here."
"This hotel is south of the city but just off the interstate. First appearances were “ho-hum” but once we got inside we saw fresh renovations. Our room was 313. Thank goodness for the elevator. The room was comfortable although not extravagant. Breakfast was so-so, as there was only one hot item (scrambled eggs). The evening desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Overall, a comfortable stay."
