10/10 Excellent

"This is a lovely hotel in a great location to walk by the river down to Clarke Quay or jump on the MRT. We had a room overlooking the river. The room was spacious enough, with a Nespresso machine and small fridge we bought milk to keep in. The room had a filtered water tap so we could top up our bottles before we went out each day. The bathroom was fine except the shower curtain didn't keep the water in the shower so the floor got a bit wet and the shower head was a little low for my husband. There was a good selection at breakfast although some of the buffet food was not as warm as we like it. The one thing we didn't enjoy was the coffee and gave that feedback at check-out. We ate at The Riverside Terrace and the food and wine were great. The concierge were very helpful."

"3 of us stayed for 3 nights. Good value for money in a good location. Very handy to great cafes and restaurants. We were also lucky to see otters in the wild not too far from the hotel. Staff were friendly. The pool was fantastic, clean and well maintained and we used it every day. There were fresh swimming towels provided by the pool. Our room was very quiet, we did not hear any noise from outside or in the hallway. Our beds were comfortable. They allowed us a late check out for a small cost as we had a late departing flight, this was super helpful. Only downfalls was that our room only had enough towels, cups etc for 2 people, also Every day our key cards stopped working which meant a trip back to reception to reset at least once a day which was irritating."

"The staff here are very helpful. I did not have a type G adapter. So asked the staff where I can buy one, she immediately got one fixed in my room. I could then charge my phone and use it. The staff are very prompt with their service. Would highly recommend this place. "
