"On first impression it was beautiful to walk into and everything set in place. Staff were accommodating except I felt certain things were misunderstood. Upon arrival we had booked for 3 yet room was set up for two and requesting for additional toiletries for our 3rd guest was a back and forth challenge because first line of communication was AI on WhatsApp which we were not aware of.
Secondly, the open shower concept was not ideal as water ended up pooling and getting all over the bathroom floor and with one floor mat and one of each towels it was very tough cleaning with our own supplies until they brought in extra again took a while with some back and forth.
Third there was a strange smell that stayed in the villa for about two days we had to leave windows open and spray our perfumes around to reduce it.
Lastly, fire alarms in the middle of the night for our first 3 days of stay, no communication whatsoever. I even stepped out couple of times to check if guests were evacuating or some emergency around.
Aside that we appreciated the view, pool was nice on the rooftop and definitely get a rental if staying here due to the name of the property; the hills residence. It is on a hill!"
