I enjoyed my time here. Nice rooms and next to Maho beach. Close walk to Maho market, casino and restaurants such as Jax and Roma. Dont book first floor bc when it rains or heavy strom it floods.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an amazing resort in Saint Maarten, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The property was absolutely beautiful, nestled along pristine beaches with stunning ocean views that provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and adventure. The lush, well-maintained greenery and elegant architecture made every stroll around the resort a delight. One of the standout features of this resort was the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the island. However, we did encounter an issue with the air conditioning. Unfortunately, it kept shutting off intermittently, causing the room to reach an uncomfortable 80° at times. This required me to wake up several times during the night to turn it back on, which was a bit disruptive to our sleep. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience at the resort was fantastic. The picturesque setting, top-notch amenities, and outstanding staff made our vacation unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and friendly getaway in Saint Maarten.

The property is definitely not up to date. The rooms weren’t as clean and there were plenty of rusted areas. The pool was filthy; the pool walls were grimy. The property wasn’t as nice as the photos portrayed and I was very disappointed.

Our second time at the resort, we visited about 18months ago. The service was not as great as the first time and found some of the amenities lacking -like towel shortage. Check in was after 4pm as rooms not ready. Pool area loungers and umbrellas starting to look worn, but staff is very attentive and very nice. Great location, nice pool and entertainment.

Absolutely love this hotel. Trendy, great vibe, the most gorgeous pool. Right next to Maho beach where you watch the planes fly in and the water is the bluest and prettiest on the entire island.
