From not having a room available at check in time, to the rudeness of the front desk staff - who told me she had no idea when a room would be ready, to the hair and makeup on the supposedly clean towels, to finding out upon checkout that they didn’t have any record that I had checked in (despite having run my credit card for a room deposit/incidentals and giving me a key) - which means they could have assigned my room to anyone else who checked in and given them a key to my room while I was in it - this was the WORST hotel stay I’ve ever had. And with the amount I’ve traveled over decades - that’s saying something. The room didn’t have a window to the outside despite being “one of the best rooms we have”; it was loud from the noise coming from both the lobby/restaurant area even 3 levels up and from some non-stop droning noise that wasn’t the A/C unit, and even with all the lights on, the room was depressingly dark. Staff was unhelpful and clearly didn’t like working there. Never again will I stay at any of these properties.
