The breakfast was good. There is an elevator. The only issue I was being harassed to leave the room 30 minutes before checkout. If the checkout Is a specific time, why are you calling the room to tell me to leave at 11:30am??

The hotel texted me the morning of our stay to ask if we had any special needs or request. When we arrived the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Location close to shops and restaurants.

No wired internet
On the description, the room has wired internet. There was socket but doesnt work and they dont know how it can work. Big size bathtub are so nice.

The room smelled like smoke that had air freshener sprayed to try to hide the smoke. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the towel bar was bent under the towel. I’ve stayed here many times and the quality has dropped since new ownership

This property is by the San Jose fair grounds, so its surrounded by empty huge lots. Its a average hotel for the price. Have to say staff were great and helpful.
