The first 2 rooms that we checked into, one the card wouldn't work to open the door even after re-coding it and the other room had a strong smell and the toilet was continually running. The rooms that we were moved to were better. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large. There was plenty of counter space where the sink was. There were large dint marks on the outside of the door for the room next to us that looked like someone had tried to pry the door open with a crowbar so it made us feel uneasy.

The hotel property was very dirty. There were cigarette butts everywhere. The bathroom door in our room would not close. There was no clerk in the office to check us in when we got there and when we went to check out we had to wake up the desk clerk because he was asleep behind the desk. I will never stay here again.

The key card didn't work when I got there, and stopped working again the next day. This was after them replacing the lock 1hr after I got there. The curtains do not close all the way (~10" gap) in both rooms. Felt like a Motel 6. Staff friendliness 5/10.

Not as clean as advertised. Night manager was snarky and didn’t need to be. After a VERY long 2 days, I didn’t need to be treated like that when I checked in. Not necessary.

Paper thin walls and cell phone reception and Wifi was weak Couldn't complete a meeting due to dropped calls. The cleaning crew start bothering at 9am and come on the hour. There are no signs or placards to prevent them from bothering you while on meetings or calls. The room was clean and spacious. Other advantage was the iron&board plus the space to do it. The hotel will benefit a lot by putting blackout curtains and extending the breakfast menu

We had a good experience at Days Inn and Suites. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean but it was an older property, so a little outdated. Free parking was a bonus!

A dreadful and unsafe experience
A rude man upon check-in. No information provided on password for Internet. Ice machine where I was told to go was in operative. The hunt for another ice machine took 15 minutes. No Internet service. Broken hair dryer. I’m room phone was inoperative. I could not Google to find a phone number to call the front desk about no Internet because I had no Internet to find the number. I finally walked to the front office from my room that was as far away as possible from the office. I was told that he had given me the password, which was clearly not true. He said it was provided on the card holder that held my room key card but I showed him the card holder. He said it was an insert and claimed I lost it. It was never written in the space that said password on my card holder and there was no “insert.” I felt unsafe, having no ability to contact anyone one if something were to happen and there were people smoking and lurking in the parking lot, not looking at all like guests of the hotel. The office connected me with some Wi-Fi phone service person who could not solve it for me. I finally realized I needed to sleep and stopped the call, since none of her suggestions worked. Truly a dreadful experience that I regret paying for. I paid $100 but as I dealt with the awful front desk man he took a call and told someone the price was $50. I feel they should refund my money based on a complete lack of safety and not even vaguely providing what they advertised. A completely dreadful night.

I did not like having to produce a Credit Card after having fully paid for the room via Expedia. I was assured the only 'scanned' the card as a 'deposit' in the event that any incidentals needed to be charged to the room. When I checked out I was again assured that nothing had been charged to the card. The desk clerk said she could NOT provide a closing statement since I had booked the room via Expedia. In point of fact, I was charged $50.00. In order to dispute the charge with the Credit card provider, I was forced to change my account number. And that is incredibly inconvenient. The room itself was Great, but I was disappointed with the service.

I was check in on Tuesday 10/3 /23 iuntil to check out Saturday 10/6/23 ..so on Wed 10/6/23 i get out than i was back to my room after 10.00pm , no one cleaned my room but the office alredy closed lucky i had clean towels to used .Thursday 10/4/23 around 11am i went to the office and complain than i told them i need to clean my room,about after 6 pm i was back to my room no one clean my room im so upset than e went to spoke to the frount dest that men said sorry the housekeeping already left ,im so piss ,cause 3days my room never clean ,he said only he can help to give me new towels really?? So next day i ʻam so upset so bad and i feel they treat me like hell so iʻm checking out .next day .

Jammed door/ need signs for Breakfast gates
Our first night checking at 10:30ish p.m. There was a customer was asking all sorts of questions why he was billed and regardings the withhold deposit blah....blah for 20 minutes. There wasn't a restroom available for me to used after long drive. I had to waited to be check-in to use the bathroom. The door was jammed and there was a gap between the door frame and a door. I had to used my body to pushed in and it took 3 to 4th attempts to open every times. Need to be repair asap before winter months. Btw, y'all will lose your money on the A.C or the heater bills. We had a hard time to find a place for serving breakfast. We walked around twice to find how to get in. When asked the front desk, she just pointed us to the pool area. But there was no door knob to open. I finally saw a gentleman came out with a coffee in his hand, and rush to one of the gates, but unable to get in. I looked around and saw a latch on top of the gate. Need signs for or better directions for the guests. Please don't assume the guests will figure it out by themselves. There was an incident early in morning on Friday 9/22/2023. There were 7 police cars were there for 2 hours. I was walking back to my room from the breakfast building I came across a nice a nice lady stayed downstairs of my room told me "Go place and shelter!" I run up to my room. Again it took me 3x to open a jammed door with a card. No one knew was going on. I asked the front desk 2 days later, and the respond was "I don't know."

Work for what we needed but not impressed. Semi-refurbished motel with little in the way of amenities. The night clerk did not give us any information. We had to ask the morning clerk where the breakfast was. The breakfast area was tiny and had little variety.

I was happy.. you guys beat out the Ramada in cleanliness… I got breakfast when I needed.. I had one early morning and went to the lobby to check out and you were closed so I had to call once you opened and check out by phone.. other than that I had no problems.

Afternoon desk clerk was quite unfriendly, acted as if I was putting him out by checking in. Never a smile, made me feel totally unwelcome. Told me to stop talking so he could focus! Remarkable.. The cleaning staff did well considering what they have to work with, bed seemed clean, I didn't see any bugs in the room. The fake wood floor had water damage, could be from people walking in from the pool, out from the shower, from mopping, who knows? The bathroom window couldn't close, I didn't feel great about leaving anything valuable there when I was out. The front door was a real problem, I had to lower my shoulder into it every single time to open it from outside, sometimes take three or four shots at it. A lighter person probably would not have been able to open it. Opened fine leaving the room though. Breakfast was about what you'd expect at a cheap hotel. I think the yogurt might've been either frozen before or left out of the fridge too long because its consistency was all wrong. Not expired, just not right, kind of curdled I guess. Hard boiled eggs, community gallon of milk, granola, you-make-it waffles, corn flakes, apples. Juice machine didn't have juice when I was there, no attendant to ask about it. The pool looked clean enough, I didn't get a chance to go in though. Other than car doors and beeps in the parking lot once in a while I didn't hear a lot of noise, managed to get some decent sleep which is rare for me at a hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The staff took a photocopy of my drivers licence and credit card without asking my permission. Firstly that violate the PCI DSS standard. Property was in poor shape, taps in the rooms not able to change the temperature. Other people staying had similar complaints. Not recommended

Medical trip to Stanford
The man that checked us in was rude, rude, rude. He didnt give us any info about where breakfast was served. The next morning there was 3 people standing in the lobby for breakfast, nobody knew where to go. We gave up and were leaving when we saw the rude man was at his vehicle he grunted and pointed to the pool area. (FYI this same man parks angled taking 2 1/2 parking spaces in front of our room which made it very hard for us to maneuver our luggage) Don't stay here, no closet, no pride in how the rooms look our lighting in the bathroom had 3 different types of bulbs. No hot water at bathroom sink had to get it from the bathtub. Will not be back!!!!!

the room itself was a bit dirty and lots of cobwebs...bath was not the best either...beds were clean and comfortable though

While I was asleep something ate a hard roll that was in a plastic bag on the other bed. When I woke up my phone had been knocked off side onto the floor, the plastic bag was on floor and hard roll was 3/4 eaten.
