Traveling with skinny pale twin 7 yr olds so we always look for an indoor heated pool and hot tub. Pool was moderately heated - enough that the kids would swim then warm up in hot tub. Pool was clean, hot tub was nice but had a chemical imbalance that caused all the bubbles when jets were on. Others than that everything was wonderful! Comfy room, welcoming staff (join Hilton Honors and you get a Hershey bar at check in!) and the breakfast had a good selection of oatmeal, waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Special thanks to Michelle, the breakfast coordinator, who made the morning special for my kids. She was very attentive and offered options to make them happy. Well done! Will definitely stay there again.

Generally a decent hotel. Rooms need updated. Bathroom looked dirty. Carpet looked very dirty in areas. Elevator sounded like it could potentially break and the floor in it was as if it had never been cleaned before. The lobby is very nice along with the staff that we encountered. The complimentary breakfast was great, clean and very friendly staff offering extras that weren’t out.

We were traveling with all of our kids aged 2-12, and when I looked at the room we thought a single room would be sufficient. It wasn't. These rooms were smaller than the other rooms we stayed in on our travels. Also, the floor we stayed on had a smell to the carpet and our floors weren't vacuumed when it was cleaned (we know because the youngest dropped crumbs while eating the night before). The staff was great and always friendly and helpful. But the facilities were lack luster compared to the other hotels we stayed in before.

A 9/10. Especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet - it was exactly what we needed to set us out visiting and exploring. Thank you for the comfort and ease during our stay! The little frige, hair dryer, plenty of bath towels, bodywash, full bottle of shampoo and conditioner – and thank you for the toothpaste that I had forgotten! Didnt have time to try the indoor pool but others were in there having some exercise. The weight room was enticing but we came back each night already tired, but will give it a go next round. Will stay here again when we come back to Sierra Vista Arizona

Five star hotel at a moderate price
Outstanding stay! This moderately priced hotel delivers five star service and amenities. The staff was polite and efficient. Rooms were clean and appointed with extras to make the stay comfortable. Two desks in the spacious room, extra toiletries, plenty of plush towels, clean linens, and comfortable beds. The indoor pool and hot tub were welcome after a day exploring Bisbee in the snow! The included breakfast was the best we have had..biscuits, omelettes, fresh fruit, huge assortment of choices, and good coffee!

The room thermostat was not working properly and the tub was clogged but otherwise clean room. There were not many clients on the day we were there, so I was surprised that they ran out of bacon quickly and the lady was not allowed to put out more bacon. Weird!

Hampton Inn Sierra Vista was a good but not great. The rooms and facilities were very clean and the staff was supportive and professional. I have to deduct points on the bed, shower and breakfast. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and my shower leaked into the room below preventing me from showering for the morning. And the breakfast was just short of average with their coffee being the worst. I’ll probably come back as they are located close to relatives.

It was nice , quiet place to stay on our way to California from Texas. Breakfast ??? they had bagels, omelets, you can make your own waffles other stuff like cereals, toast, orange juice and coffee. Free parking near stores and places to eat.

Staff was great. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was extensive and complete. The rooms were clean and decent size, and the beds were comfortable. The morning take-away "Happy Bag" was a nice touch (a complementary sack snack with a bottle of water, a Nutrigrain bar, and an apple). We would stay again.

AAA Stay
Nice hotel, clean, safe area, 20 minute drive to Tombstone. Family friendly, indoor pool which was nice as it stormed one of the nights we were there. Free breakfast which is good for families, our kids enjoyed the make your own waffle station. Staff was super friendly, really sweet.

The smallest Hampton inn we have ever stayed. Old hotel not so clean The receptionist was very nice. Breakfast till 0900 and at 0900 the lady shut it down. Pls see pictures

Front desk Andy was a nightmare!
Andy the front desk was absolutely rude over the phone and hung up 5 times on me. Worst customer service ever. Hilton should have Hampton hire better next time.

I reserved 4 rooms through hotels.com but only used three. I attempted to cancel the 4th room 5 days before arriving and again upon arrival. There was no accommodation for cancellation at the front desk - we followed up with a lengthy email to John (the manager) and haven't heard a response yet. Very disappointing stay with no spa or pool to use. It won't happen again because we won't use Hampton again.

We needed a jacuzzi bad, so we finally found an indoor pool with spa in Sierra Vista at the Hampton Inn. Checkout time was noon and we got there shortly afterwards and Ashley at the front desk was gracious enough to put a rush order on our room. We were able to watch the NASCAR Pocono Race in the lobby while we waited. Once the room was ready we got our suits on and had a few hours of just us and a well jetted, warm spa and a refreshing pool. The room was just okay, had a few conveniences we enjoyed like a walk-in shower but the doors were old and falling apart. The bed was soft, springy, very uncomfortable and the top cover was grey and dingy. The chairs were uncomfortable but there were two ottomans to elevate our legs but the room was cramped.
