Really relaxing stay in a great setting.
It was so good to just be able to relax, enjoy healthy food when away from home on business. Also to be able to use the hotels facilities e.g. swimming pool etc. was an added bonus.

I stayed here with my partner for a romantic evening and we also had dinner in the Wine Glass restaurant, which was intimate and the food was very good.
We were completely satisfied with everything and had a wonderful night.

What a find! Fantastic location on a very large farm. Wonderful hosts with a brilliant chief cook and bottle washer Christine! Warm friendly welcome in a very relaxed environment. Spotless rooms, very comfortable bed, lovely touches with the older furniture. Fantastic food.
I was really tired. Nothing to eat at the Hotel but the young Lady at the Reception was really helpful. Told me about a delivery pizza company. I left really early in the Morning asked if I could have a bowl of cereals. I left a little bit earlier than I thought 04:30 I was still asked by the Lady at the reception if I would like a breakfast, Great service from both Receptionists. As i work in the tourist industry this was a really great touch. Thank you James
The hotel was easy to find and handy to reach (with car) from a venue in the town. Checking in was swift. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had all the necessary for our night's stay, good shower, comfy bed, TEA and COFFEE making facilities and up to date, large screen TV. At breakfast, the choices were a little limited but all that was on offer was first class. Didn't see too many staff during our short stay but those we did encounter were all efficient and polite
The hotel was a perfect oasis after visiting the bustling party atmosphere along the river embankment. All the facilities, including the pool and spa, were well placed and worked very well. On a humid hot summer's night, the air conditioning was particularly welcome!
Stayed for two nights whilst visiting the area including Bletchley Park. Food and service were first class as was the accommodation. Wine was served beautifully chilled. There was no pressure to eat quickly and move out, table was ours for the evening. Would highly recommend for either a short break or celebrating a special occasion. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Taylard House. We had a very warm welcome by Sue the owner. She asked if we would like a hot drink on arrival, we thought that was nice. The bedroom was delightful, very clean & furnished superbly. The Bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was so good, cooked to order, which served by Sue's Husband. Shame we couldn;t stay another night.. We would stay again if we were in the area.
