It was very conveniently located for my purpose. My room was nice and had a fabulous view. The food in the cafe was also very nice with excellent service. The only downside of staying there was getting around to my room or lobby, having to use two elevators, etc. A little confusing but it worked out overall.

First time to Shimla and had a blast! This property was located about 1 km from the Ridge, we alternated walking the 1km, and during traffic times taking the complimentary shuttle. Great access to the local landmark. The hotel itself was pristine. The check in process was the easiest and most smooth I have ever experienced in India, the staff greeted us promptly and had us relax in their beautiful lobby overlooking the valley while they completed the paperwork. For a town lacking in space, the Radisson property was quite grand. Very spacious and beautifully designed resort. We enjoyed the lavish breakfast buffet, the staff was attentive and kind. Would head out for an adventure, and then return to relax at the pool and hang out to play billiards. In the evening the hotel gave delicious pastries, we felt so at home. The room was beautifully decorated and very thought out. Honestly reading reviews of hotels in Shimla it was hard to pick one, but this property and its' staff definitely shined. Highly recommend to any global traveller used to elegance and comfort.

We enjoyed our stay at Radisson, Shimla. only sore point was AC/Heating system in the rooms which was on Heating mode with temp in the room going up to 26 degrees and making it very uncomfortable while sleeping. this was the case in both the rooms we had booked. Otherwise all the other areas hotel was very comfortable.

The property is quite nice, and looks recently renovated. The staff has been super gracious and helpful. The room was good, with an amazing view of the valley. Not too far from The Ridge, but part of the walk is steep.

Lovely hotel. Lovely staff. The bakery downstairs was good too. Good views all throughout the hotel. I stayed in the junior suite it was very nice. The only problem we faced was that rollaway bed was extremely uncomfortable.

We, 4 friends, had a night stay at this property and it was a lovely experience, seeing the location of the property (just 7 minutes from the mall road via drive) it was quite convenient. Rooms are nice spacious, breakfast menu is widespread plus delicious food just fewer options in Nonvegetarian food. Also, their restaurant has a nice valley view where we were able to just enjoy the sun and chill. Even the staff was quite helpful with quick service. They had all covid safety measures, you will see Sanitizers everywhere in the hotel which is a good thing and our rooms also had some masks provided. I'd love to visit your hotel again after having a good relaxing stay!

The staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were exceptional and helpful. The condition of the room wasn’t bad and great choice of breakfast . The only bad points were there are too many steps going up to the lobby and car park area from the rooms which is not at all ideal, and the rooms are not heated well, it was very cold and wish the central heating would have worked better.
