"The air conditioning, heating and tv did not work in our room. The staff said they DO NOT change rooms no matter what the condition is in. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. The hotel is under construction and will become a Marriott eventually so I'm sure they will get new staff that treats guests like they are guests instead of being rude soon "
"At near midnight we decided that we needed an extra room for comfort with young adult children joining us and the front desk staff got us a second room quickly and smoothly. We really appreciated the last minute addition."
