"We had a restful sleep but the whiff my husband experienced after sitting on the chair in the suite left us feeling like the place could have used some upkeep: Clean/deodorize the upholstery/furniture. Showerhead is low. We didn’t have breakfast. We’ve been overnight staying for years. Maybe it’s time for a change—or maybe you intend to update? I wish you well and we love our visits to Louisville. Thank you."

"There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day."
