"Love that breakfast was served until 1000. I am not an early riser so this worked out perfect for me. I also loved that each day there was a different choice of foods to choose from. I am allergic to a lot of foods and this was especially helpful to me. The front end associates were very nice and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back."

"I recently stayed at the University Inn in Boiling Springs, NC and it was a great experience. It seemed to be an older hotel but he rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options. What stood out most was the excellent customer service and attention to detail that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would gladly return in the future."

"Exposed pipes everywhere down the long hallway to the stairs. That’s right… no functioning elevator. Got to the room, and it was disgusting. Torn furniture, waterlogged carpet in front of the A/C unit, moldy smell. Table lamp in between the beds looked like it had previously caught on fire. You get the picture… Mike at the front desk was super nice and understanding when I reappeared 10 minutes after checking in and told him I couldn’t stay there. He was the only positive in the whole experience."

"Very clean! Love the fire pit & pool. Very friendly. Had to ask for towels but no biggy! Loved staying there! Martha & staff serviced breakfast area for all our needs and was very helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend! We booked another night and didn’t want to leave! Thank you!"

"All of the staff at the hotel were so friendly and kind. They have done a good job maintaining the hotel but it is really showing its age and could use some updates. The seals on all the windows were broken so the windows in the rooms were all fogged over. The tub in my room backed up and would not drain. They were nice enough to change my room since the problem couldn’t be fixed in a timely manner. The water pressure on the showers was too low. There was a couch in my room that had some stains on. The pool was also not available to use. Overall the stay was just fine and I was very comfortable. Hopefully they will get the needed updates to the rooms and it will be even better."

"Staff members were courteous and helpful. However, the hotel is older and needs renovation; especially the bathroom in our room. The shower did not work properly, there was rust and mold around the tub. I was staying in the hotel for a next morning procedure at the local hospital. I stay in the area often and this was the first time I had stayed at this property. Unfortunately it will be my last time staying here."
