It was the worst hotel i have stayed in. Even the staff tried to scam me by charging my card and also asking me for cash payment.
The rooms were disgusting and the bathrooms were worse. staff was rude.
I will never book this place ever again even if for free.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
Old, worn hotel. Not a pleasant experience. Lobby personnel was rude. Kitchen was a joke. I don't recommend for longer stay. For one night is was bearable.
in general very bad experience and at all not good hotel or apartment to stay on and I never ever book again in this hotel and i don’t recommend any body to choose this hotel..
there were alots of points for ex:
1- too late to receive the apartment
2- old furnitures and you alot of electricity items not working like ACs , cooker...etc . also no towels and body showers gels in bathrooms at all and even after we speak to reception nothing done..
3- not clean and dusty rooms . also there were alots of spots over the sheets and i keep ask the hotel to change them but no answer.. at the end i use mine to sleep on.
4- very limit tv channels and wifi week in rooms and in living room no cover.
5- noisy elevator and they make very noise tune when they stop and even you can hear them when they stop in different level.
6- *no visa is accepted on hotel ven though on website it say them have *visa*.
7-kitchen items not good to use and very dirty..
i can’t write every things but this is in quick write..
sorry to write the truth

solo traveler, visited sharjah and dubai tour
The location of this hotel is near al majaz water front which is a travel importance site and one can spent half a day here. Children park and boating is very enjoyable. The hotel restaurant is providing good food. The entire staff are nice and very co operative. The room size is sufficient for small family. Hot water available 24 hours and air conditioner working well. From here getting taxi service and tourist buses are within the reach.
In spite of the above good things, wifi service is not satisfactory. The hotel management has to take step to provide night lamps. Sharjah and Dubai citizens are very descent and the entire city is clean and beautiful beyond words.
not clean room floor bead sheeting and towels , some time you find Cockroaches in the bathroom,
rusty hot water, means the hot water color is light brown, the staff tells you to let the water run and it will be clear , so I let it run for one hour but no use,
the TV is very old and the channels are not clear,
there is no but only one Electricity outlet for mobile charger and Lab top only one and its behind the TV and its for the TV and fridge and every thing
As I was telling the cleaning guy my room needed to be cleaned, a cocker roach was coming down the wall. There was no hot water, all that came out was a reddish water. They did not provide transfer from airport and back, I had to pay for this. Even with me showing them the web page. "Sorry sir".
Personnel was professional, helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel to friends, especially since it is one metro stop from the Burj Khalifa and the largest shopping mall in the world. The food was outstanding as well.
Nice from outside but very dark and dirtry from inside.Terryble bathrooms.Old TV and does not work.Very old bedsheets. Will not reccomend to any one.Asking you to remove from your list.

The hotel was in a very good location, close to dubai and near the heart of sharjah. The service was ok, but the parking lot very small for a 10+ floor hotel it's not even paved. There was no swimming pool filled with water and worse it was located in a restaraunt near the breakfast area. The size of the room was great 2 bedrooms a living room and kitchen but it was horribly outdated. The furniture was old in the living room. The tv was from the 90's and barely working like its 2014 you can buy a cheap HDTV for 100$. The kitchen was almost useless it was so outdated the cabinets inside we're rusted completely. The beds we're comfortable but again the furniture old and outdated a ceiling lamp covering missing in each room. The bathroom was old I'm not even going to explain that. For 800 dirhams or 214$ per night it was definitely not worth it they just used the high season to raise prices this hotel was worth around 80$ per night for me but the location was great
Location is perfect, close to everything in Sharja
Affordable hotel. You get for what you pay. Don't expect five-stars treatmen. Overall, it is a good average hotel.

Excellent Location! Nice and Calm
If someone decides to stay in Sharjah instead of Dubai, I think Royal Crown is a Good Choice and fits the budget. The distance to Dubai is not great from Sharjah but you need to pay up and down travel to Dubai for Taxi which I felt was still worth. There are good restaurants at walking distance from the hotel and right opposite to Royal Crown (Adj to Aryana Hotel) is a nice Leisure and Entertainment location with lot of activities for Kids like Giant Wheel, Roller Coaster etc... The breakfast offered by this hotel is just OK and not very satisfactory!

OK For Business but don't take the family
Hotel was in an ideal position for us as we were at Sharjah expo centre, Our rooms were upgraded free of charge which was nice. the swimming pool was in the breakfast room which is very odd and it didn't look very clean so we didn't go for a swim. one of the confiest beds I have slept in. Other than breakfast one morning we didn't eat in the hotel, read into that what you like.
The was the hotel is presented is just a scandal; the health club is just a gym room in the back yard, the swimming pool is located in the breakfast room (it is not a joke I have pictures).
We can pass on the decoration but not on the salubrity of the bathroom I also have pictures.
This hotel is in Sharyah, so NOT in Dubai. You will always need taxi to get to Dubai. Room fourniture was adequate, but outdated, and in my optinion not worth the money paid for the room. Bathroom looked shabby, worn out, pipes were leaking, and airco made a lot of noise (luckily didn't need it really in december/january)
