"This hostel was nice and comfortable and staff were lovely, I liked that the shower was en suite and you dont have to go down the hallway to shower. "First of all check-in to this hotel (Lucija) is at 3.00PM and not at 2.00PM as it is wrongly written at your agency! I have some issues at hotel regarding your check-in time - I needed to wait one hour and half longer! The air conditioner in the room is in very poor condition as it cannot cool the room. As a result, it was very hot in the room, the room is facing west and is in the hot sun all afternoon, so we opened the balcony door in the evening...

"The room I was given was different than the information and pictures showed in the reservation page. Too overpriced that poor conditions room. People in the hospitality business no longer listen nor care at all their customers. They prefer to lose a good customer than resolve the situation. For them, the culprit is always of the customer and the booking company... Most of the information about amenities and others things they offer or their room have are NOT TRUE. I didn't see them.
