We enjoyed the hotel and it was clean, our room had a rooftop patio with view and many amenities. The location was good for our conference but we had to Uber or walk quite a bit to see things. The food in the area was so-so and we experienced several instances of unfriendly service in Sevilla itself. We recognize this is a mostly Spanish speaking city, however, the attitude towards the effort to speak Spanish was not recognized and shop keepers and restaurants not in the immediate tourist area were not friendly at all. However, our hotel staff and the restaurants and shop keepers in the core were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in a quiet residential/business area about a 20 minutes walk from the historic area. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially the receptionists. The bedroom was adequate for our four night stay and being on the 8th floor was quiet despite overlooking the road. We made use of the rooftop pool which was very welcome after a long hot day sightseeing. Towels are on deposit so as long as you return them you will get you 10 euros back. There is plenty of space around the pool with enough sunbeds for everyone. The pool bar is open late and there is a covered area separate from the pool to enjoy their cocktails with a view of Seville. We had dinner on the 13th floor restaurant with a panoramic view of Seville and enjoyed a wonderful as the sunset. It's very small so best to book. Breakfast is served in a large dining room but unfortunately isn't up to the standard of breakfasts we've previously had in Spain. But it was mainly the cooked food that was very disappointing,undercooked bacon and sloppy egg. So we stuck mainly with the cold buffet and fruit. It appears that the hotel caters for coach holiday groups who stay one night. However they tended to have breakfast very early so we never felt it was too busy to find a table. The hotel also has a cafe at the front serving meals and drinks.
