Great views
Great views. Shower worked okay for our wheelchair bound son but be aware a full sized wheelchair will not fit fully in the shower. The rest of the 1st floor had ample room for him to roll & navigate. Getting in & out of the cabin was no issue. There was an issue with the hot tub but the owner did get a professional in to fix it within a couple of days. Location is about 20 minutes from both Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Overall nice stay & would rent again.

Great Cabin with Mountain Views
We had a great stay at this cabin! The view from the deck was amazing and the patio area up front had great hammock seating and a fire pit. The hot tub was a fun addition. The upstairs bedroom is a loft so anyone sleeping up there will be awake until people in the living room go to bed, so just be mindful of that. Overall a great stay!

We had an amazing time at Firefly cabin. It was very welcoming and clean. I loved the open layout of the kitchen leading to the living room and the big sectional was big enough to fit all of our family. The cabin has an electric fireplace that the kids enjoyed. My only safety concern was the room upstairs for the kids. There’s an open window right above a small dresser and it is a danger for kids to easily climb it and fall down to the first floor. We often had to stop and check on the two four-year-olds because of their curiosity to peek down from that window to the first floor.

Beautiful Views and Wonderful Cabin
Can not express enough how impressed we were with this beautiful cabin! The views from the balcony were breathtaking!! All of the immenities that were described were there and we enjoyed, from the games to the hot tub!! I highly recommend this gem of a location. Can not wait for our next trip...we will definitely be looking to enjoy this cabin again!!

Great family trip
The house was great for our young one in a wheelchair. He was able to access all of the main floor with no problems. The property and house are beautiful. It was a wonderful trip. We had a great stay.

Great Accessibility
Kudos for the owners providing a great accessible property. Very spacious. Only glitch was the hot tub was not on when we got there and it took almost 4 days to heat up to an appropriate temp even though it was covered the entire time. Also if you need to transfer to the bench in the accessible shower make sure to sit as far back in the corner as you can or water will run down the bench and puddle in the floor. Still it was nice to have. This is a beautiful property and we would definitely stay again.

Great location and clean. Everything as described on VBRO. My husband is a paraplegic and the cabin was accessible along with the bathroom. The shower was not the best design for a wheelchair bound person, but was usable. The bench to sit on by the shower head was very narrow and was hard for him to keep his balance on.

Perfect Getaway!
First time ever using Vrbo and it did not disappoint! This cabin was so beautiful and clean. It was exactly what was in the pictures except even better in person! The view off the back porch were gorgeous and went well with my morning coffee! The house had everything we needed and more! It was so quiet and peaceful and best part was that there were not many bugs for being in the woods! Would definitely book this cabin again!!!

Stay was great!
The manager was super flexible and the house was nearly perfect for my disabled father. There was even a bed wedge in the closet! The internet is pretty decent for where you're at and the roads to the cabin aren't nearly as steep as some of the other ones we've been to.

Overdue Family Vacation
This was a great location for my two sisters and I, along with our spouses to get together for a long overdue vacation. The cabin was as it appeared in all the pictures and very clean when we arrived. It was a great central location for exploring the area for the 12 days that we were there. Stacey was very helpful when we had questions or requests. We would definitely consider returning

Perfect for anyone with mobility issues
Our property manager was great. She is extremely responsive and provided swift communication for our questions. This is the only property I found with two main floor bedrooms (suites) and no stairs except for the upstairs bedroom. The porch is accessible in the main floor with an amazing view of the mountains. This property is well hidden from other cabins and allows privacy. Everything was clean and cozy with a simple remote controlled fireplace that kept us warm on a cold night. We had a challenge on our last night there when a brisk gust of wind and rain blew out the power. Our landlord responded and called in the outage but we couldn’t get water or power before we left. Plenty of limbs and debris dotted the mountain road and tossed the lawn chairs around the property but we remained safe and sound. I would highly recommend this property!

Amazing Views
Great layout for 2 families with kids. The best feature is the wide porch with amazing mountain views. The location is a great spot with a short drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We ate out mostly, but the kitchen was well stocked for what we needed it for.

This cabin is perfect for a girls weekend or a family trip. There's enough room for everyone its clean, quiet, and town is only about 20 minutes away. The only downside would be parking if your group has more than 2 cars. Definitely recommend staying here for your weekend getaway's.

Perfect for our needs
We wanted a cabin for my husband, 2 kids, and my father. So, the double master type floor plan with the loft was perfect for our needs. The view was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and put the full kitchen and charcoal grill to good use. The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing week in the mountains. I highly recommend Firefly Bend and will hopefully return at some point in the future.

This cabin and property was more than I had imagined it would be! It’s warm and inviting with beds so comfortable! I didn’t want to leave there! My son, who is dependent upon an electric wheelchair had no issues at all in this cabin ! What a treat that was! We can’t wait to come back there !!!

We love this cabin & plan to come back with our other 2 adult children and our grandson when he gets big enough to enjoy Tennessee. This cabin is perfect for people that are differently abled, people like us who have terrible arthritis in our knees, hips and other joints. There are two very large bedrooms off of the large living area on the main floor that look out over a wooded view of the mountains. No stairs to climb coming into the house or going to bed, there is a set of stairs leading to a loft bedroom that our teenager used. We had so much fun exploring the National Park and even got to witness a troop of otters in the water as well as bears both in town and in the Park. We highly recommend renting scooters, if you don’t have your own to get around in town due to the steep inclines in town. This cabin is so perfect that my husband and I want to replicate it on our land in Texas. Stacey is a very responsive host, who was very helpful whenever we had questions. The cabin was spotless when we arrived and everything we needed was there waiting for us. We will definitely be back!!

Comfort and Relaxation at its Best!
Loved our stay here! Spacious living room, kitchen and bedrooms! Absolutely loved the hammock swings, bed swing and hot tub. Loved cooking inside and out in the grill. Location was very convenient for us for this trip….Couch was very comfy as well as extra blankets for lounging around! The beds with mattress toppers were amazing and comfy as well!

Summer Getaway
This cabin was perfect for our family's 5-night trip to the Smoky Mountains! It was secluded enough that it was quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views from the immaculate covered porch -- the hot tub was clean and easy to use! It was a quick drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, as well as to the entrance to the park and other excursions. The cabin was as tastefully decorated and clean as it looked in the photos. This place is a gem and we hope to be back!

Trip for the In-Laws
We took my in-laws on this trip and the cabin was set up perfectly for my father in law who has a hard time getting around. The cabin had everything we needed! We learned after arriving that the gas grill is no longer on site, I reached out to the owner and she responded very quickly. The only thing I would like to have seen differently inside the cabin was that one of the bathroom downstairs only had a very thin clear shower curtain in one of the king suites. It’s all in your preference if you like that. The cabin next to us was vacant most of our trip so it was nice and quiet until our last full day there (no one can predict this). Definitely would recommend this cabin to friends and family who travel to the area in the future.

Nice Place A Little Out of the Way
The cabin was wheel chair accessible which was great. However, it is a long distance from shopping and other activities. The place is not dirty but could definitely use a deep cleaning. The light fixtures and window seals were filled with dead insects and needed cleaning. There was long hair on my bathroom floor and the walls in my bedroom could use some attention. The view from the back porch was fantastic and my grandson enjoyed the hot tub. On our last day, there was a power outage at night and there were no flashlights, candles or backup lighting in the cabin. The only lights we had were our cell phone flashlights. We were trying to pack up to be out at the 10 a.m., and do a considerable list of things asked of us to do and meet our check out time. This would be a nice place for someone wanting to get away from everything. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the Parkway from this cabin.

Hi Milton, I wish you had reached out to me during your stay about the items you noticed needing attention. We pride ourselves on offering a beautiful and clean space and would have sent someone out immediately to address this! When I called you during the power outage, I was very apologetic and when you said there was no way you would be able to check out on time the following morning, I was very understanding and accommodating. When I asked how much additional time you thought you might need, so that I could let my cleaners know, you were very short with me and told me there was no way for you to know since you had so much stuff to pack. Fortunately the electricity was restored in the area rather quickly and you were able to leave early the following morning. I'm very sorry that there weren't flashlights available, I have asked my maintenance team to replace them as the ones that we had previously left, appear to have disappeared.

Spacious Beautiful Cabin
My family and our best friends met up with us for the Chrsitmas break. We had an awesome time here. The cabin was very spacious and had everything you needed. It was high enough up where you get to oversee the trees and have a beautiful view from up top. We were a 10-15 drive to the main strip of Gatlinburg. Just 7 min drive down to the bottom where there are plenty of convenient store to get your grocery shopping done. We loved the Hot tub and the weather was perfect. Outdoor fire pit was used each day we were there and the property has enough privacy between the other cabins in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a Smoky Mountains vacation
My family and I loved our time here - it was incredibly clean, had all the amenities we needed and was plenty of room for our long weekend vacation. The best part was THE VIEW FROM THE PORCH! It was peaceful, gorgeous and the perfect place to have coffee in the morning and relax in the evening after a day of hiking. Stacey was the best host and was a stellar communicator. Great get-away in the mountains
We had such an amazing stay at FireFly bend. Everything about this cabin is perfect from its location to the amenities. The wheelchair accessibility was an added bonus for us and worked out very well. Waking up to the mountain views was spectacular, something we could easily get used to. The cabin was very well maintained and had everything we needed. Looking forward to a second visit soon.
