Great hotel.
This is a great hotel, with very pleasant staff. Bedroom and bathroom were excellent. It's not the hotel's fault that there's a massive building project going on beside it! We didn't go there for the view, but to be close to the Ferry terminal. It's perfectly understandable that the site workers had to start their mechanical equipment at 7am 😳

Secure off beat regeneration area by the docks. Excellent value if your only looking for a overnight stay whilst not needing other amenities like shops or views

The staff was friendly and hospitable. The room was smaller than I expected. I am extremely sensitive to harsh smells and chemicals. I opened the bar soap to use and had to throw it away immediately after use. The smell lingered in the room for hours.

Didn't realise it was in the middle of an Industrial Estate. Didn't fancy leaving a loaded car outside. Never had a bread roll placed on a piece od tissue paper at the meal table.

We booked a night in this hotel as part of a special deal through Orbitz. The deal was a very good one, which took the sting out of the situation. This hotel was extremely disappointing. It boasts 3 restaurants and this is not true—it only has this one strange lunchroom that makes you feel like you are in a school cafeteria. There is a bar and a bartender but no meal service, no waitstaff. Our room had 2 tiny and uncomfortable beds with scratchy sheets. It was late October and very warm outside. There is a sign on the window asking you not to open it, but it was so suffocatingly hot that we had to break the rules because the a/c did not work. Consequently mosquitos got in the room because there were no screens. There is literally nothing in the way of restaurants, shops or any other conveniences to be found nearby. The view across the street is a neglected lot overgrown with weeds. The “scenic rooftop terrace” is a rooftop with no furniture and no entrance to it. You can just look out the window at it. On the front “porch” there is a table with 4 chairs, a menu printed on computer paper and another sign saying food and drinks are prohibited out there. And lastly, the front desk personnel that evening was surly, though to be fair the morning associate was very friendly. I suggest you avoid this hotel.

Industrial area but only a few stops away
Located in an industrial area far from center. On the plus side only a few metro stops away from the center. Good stay overall but better go to a more centrally located hotel

A reasonable hotel for an overnight stop
Booked this s hotel due to the locality of the ferry. I was aware of the varying reviews, but decided go find out for me self. The reception staff were good, the room was comfortable and clean. The evening meal was a reasonable Menu del Dia, which is basic home Spanish cooking, and after eating several of these meals whilst n Spain, it compared well. Breakfast also compared to normal Spanish breakfasts. The only negative was the location but we paid the parking charge for secure parking and had a google d night's sleep

Budget Hotel, value for money
Budget Hotel with basic amenities. Good value for money though the restaurant lets it down, food is very basic and menu limited. You pay for what you get and bedroom made up for it.

My review about the hotel as a phd researcher
In general, I liked the hotel facilities as a three-star hotel. The best part about this hotel in my view is "good quality of rooms (cleanness)" and "a good lobby". The bad part about the hotel was "poor wifi connection" and "fair breakfast quality". As for the WiFi, while the atmosphere of the lobby is quite good for studying/working, almost everwhere in the hotel I had a good wifi connection. I always had 1 or maximum two level of wifi antenna in my devices which made it difficult to work. With regard to the breakfast quality, there was nothing wrong with it but I believe more variate type of food could be added. The breakfasts were always the same during my 6-night stay in the hotel which felt kind of boring during last days. Overall, I recommend this hotel considering its price and good level of quality.

This was just a one night stay. Hotel located in the middle of an industrial estate and was used by workers therefore we were sat in the bar amongst them. Room was a good size but think they need to invest in new mattresses!!! Went to the top floor as it was advertised there was a rooftop view. Unfortunately the door to this was boarded up. Breakfast was included in our price which consisted of one drink and one item to eat only. Would not go back.

in the middle of nowhere!!
the hotel was good in general. Although it was in the middle of nowhere...no joking..even some taxi drivers didn't know where to go...about a 10min walk to metro through a dodgy neighbourhood. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are seeing the beautiful signs of bilbao. get closer to city or at least closer to metro.

Si on enlève les 3 étoiles, ça peut aller !!! Chambre tout à fait correct, spacieux, propre, calme. Accueil à la réception sans sourire et expéditif! Un espace cantine comme salle de déjeuner, très bruyant! Déjeuner décevant! Pas de beurre mais de la margarine, croissants flasques, fromage et jambon immangeables! A 9h30 plus de pain!!! Parking au sous-sol, sans lumière et pas d’accès direct à l’hôtel. La porte s’ouvre pour n’importe qui !!! Pas envie de revenir!

En la habitación había una plaga de mosquitos, entre el baño y la habitación habrían una veintena de mosquitos volando y posados en el techo... cuando se limpia y arregla una habitación, eso se tiene que ver y solucionar.

Freundliches Personal , leider nur mässige Englischkenntnisse. Metro liegt 10 min vom Hotel. Genügend gratis Parkplätze rund ums Hotel verfügbar. Sauber, über den Stil der Einrichtung lässt sich streiten. Fürchterliches Morgenbuffet, lieber ohne Morgenessen buchen und Kaffee und Pinxtos an der Bar bestellen.

Esta un poco apartado,Tienes la linea de metro a 10 minutos andando pero la zona por la noche no hay luz y tienes que pasar por un descampado que no es muy agradable pasar por allí, estas totalmente apartado no nada cerca para ir comer o dar un paseo

Ottima sistemazione per visitare Bilbao e dintorni , pulizia giornaliera completa , personale alla reception estremamente disponibile. Avevamo l’auto e fuori dall’hotel si trovano moltissimi parcheggi , ma la sera uscivamo in metro e la fermata è a 5 minuti . Rapporto qualità/prezzo 10 Torneremo 😊
