Staff customer service needs work. For the amount of money we paid for this hotel compare to other you would think service would be spotless. It started when the front desk lady in a looking down manner informed us check in is at 1500. But when I asked another staff, for those with reservations they can check you in a few minutes earlier. Room service, it took almost 4 hours for our food to finally arrived as they initially delivered it to another room… and they even had the gall to ask if they need to remake our order in which we said yes. Bar service also needs work, a few times we ordered things and not received them… and we were in the bar every night. House keeping also ignored request for items. For our entire stay no room service was requested, we only asked for replacement coffee or towels… yet a few time they ignored our request/did not drop them off. Not really sure if it’s language barrier or what, but my previous stay in other hotels in S. Korea never had this much issue. My recommendation is for them to work on their customers service process as it needs work badly.
