Location is great once you find it,my taxi driver was not able to find but I finally did with asking people around.. Breakfast is not good,it’s just cereal/milk/oj...that’s it. Room is clean and stuff is helpful.

Great for 20-30 somethings.
Minimalist, functional hotel perfect for 20-30 something aged travelers. If you're expecting higher-end amenities or services or if you are traveling with infants or children, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Unfinished walls and exposed pipes lends to the urban, functional vibe. The single room is roughly the size of a Manhattan studio (read: TINY, but perfect for the solo traveler) and comes with basic necessities: bed, TV, small fridge, safe, shower/bath. But in all honesty, travelers will be out and about a majority of their stay to really care whether or not the hotel is lacking anything beyond that. The hotel staff are pleasant and accommodating. If you have any questions on points-of-interest, maps, etc., a few know enough English to get you to where you need to go. While check-out is at 11AM, if your train or flight is scheduled for later in the day, they will store your luggage in their office for free. Just ask. Otherwise, fees incurred for late check-out (priced by the hour). Another great thing about this hotel is its proximity to the subway station and Insadong shops and Gyeongbokgung Palace. The only negative aspect of this hotel is that the neighborhood is rather sketchy. While the subway is located on one corner, on the other is a mini "skid row" situation. Late at night, you'll hear the continuous shouting for a random transient or argument between nameless fellows. Bring earplugs.

The price makes a difference, great location.
Us three, a family with a young child, stayed in a tiny room for six nights in Seoul and were allowed to our room before check-in time. As the name suggest the décor of the rooms is industrial-like, but don’t expect fancy-restaurant-industrial-chic, rather expect lets-not-renovate-and-call-it-industrial. You have just enough room to open two suitcases (not fully open but the cover against the wall) but not much else. The two beds, double and a single were really comfortable but the bathroom smelled slightly damp and the towels did not really soak up wet really well. The fridge included a freshener that had mummified ages ago so we rather took it to the reception. However after first night we felt right at home in the place, the cheap price also helps. The room was cleaned daily (probably not under the beds though) and new towels changed. AC and wifi worked and there were an in-room safe which we did not end up using anyway. The location is great in Insadong close to three subway lines. Airport Limousine Bus stop to Incheon is just a couple of minutes from the hotel before Jongno 3-ga –stations exit 1 next to McDonald’s. Especially along Supyo-ro (street from Topgol Park to the east) has great restaurants to choose from.

Don't pay attention to some photos that make it look bad due to industrial style and unfinished walls. I found it very clean and comfy.

Watch out if you going to book a Deluxe Twin Room
The location is great, a few steps to metro station and Insadong walking street. staffs are nice and helpful. The room is clean basically. Wifi is stable. But the street of this hotel located a lot of drunk people around at night, ladies have to be caution! the hotel entrance has some bad smell, the bathroom also have bad smell We booked a Deluxe Twin Room for 4 nights for 3 adult. According to the description provided by Hotels.com, the Deluxe Twin Room is 213-sq-foot (19.8-sq- meter) in size. However, the size of the room arranged by the staff was a smaller one, just similar to a standard double room, the room was too small for my family. I asked the staff why did they arrange a smaller room to us. The staff answered that is because the room shown in the web page had been reserved for other customer. And so we’ve a smaller room. Therefore, if you are looking for a ‘Deluxe Twin Room’, you may confirm with the hotel first to ensure they will arrange that room to you.

Great location; price, and sta but a few downsides
Great price and location, free Wi-fi and breakfast included, comfortable beds, and very friendly and helpful staff. Downsides were the horrible mildew smell and mold in the bathroom, fluctuating water temperature in shower, breakfast that ends at 9:00 am, check out at 11:00 am, and no elevator.

Room itself was OK. Rustic look really covers up dirt. But shows in the bathroom. With moldy shower curtain. Room was basic. Did appreciate the toothbrush and other accessories. Saw a bug in the bathroom as we entered the room. Won't retun.

An honest review
It was difficult to find the hotel - a small door in a narrow street. Inside, it was friendly and bright but the room was tiny and luggage was difficult to manage but everything was clean and most mod cons were provided. A do-it-yourself breakfast was taken in a tiny room. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was good for economical restaurants, the subway and sightseeing.

In the center of the city
The hotel staffs were very friendly. There was one staff working in the afternoon able to speak good Chinese. They would courteously response to requests or questions. The hotel signboard is small and the walls need repainting. By the way, everything in the room looks new and clean. The room was cleaned everyday when we stayed for three nights. The hotel is near the palaces and shopping areas.

A great boutique hotel, clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The location is great and I liked the neighbourhood. Rooms are a little small, breakfast is very basic and staff don't speak much English, but on the whole I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

鐘路3街駅から近く、交通的には便利な場所にあるので良かったです。 ゲストハウスのような格安ホテルにしては毎日掃除もしてくれるので 助かります。（清掃は完ぺきではなく、やや行き届いていない部分もありますが） ただ、細かい事を言うと夜のスタッフは、韓国語も日本語も対応できない英語圏のスタッフになるので意思疎通が少し気になるところです。

Most of things was good, and staff are helpful and kind. Location is convenient, walk 2 mins from station. One thing is that toilet was a little bit smelly. But I will still wanna stay at hotel factory for next time!!

安心空間
当日は、飛行機が2時間以上遅れ、ホテルに到着するのも大幅に遅れました。 しかし、事前に連絡していたので問題なくチェックイン出来ました。 また、以前泊まった時に枕が合わなかったので代用にバスタオルをお願いしていましたが、その通り、部屋にバスタオルが枕の代用分置いてありました。お陰さまで違和感なく寝れました。深夜でも近くにコンビニや飲食店があるので助かります。部屋も清潔感があり、お風呂も広くて良かったです。

入口が階段っていうこと以外は大満足です
手違いがあり当初の予約していた部屋とは別なお部屋になりましたがとても丁寧な対応をしてくださったので気持ちよく受け入れました。女性スタッフの方が日本語がとても上手でいろいろ聞くことができたので滞在中快適に過ごすことができました。特に母親がケガをしてしまったので食事の面で相談すると近場のお持ち帰りできるおいしいお店や部屋に配達できるアプリを教えてくださったり直接配達の手配までしたくださいました。交通の便利さも気に入ってるのでリピ予定です。早朝に退室してしまったので挨拶できなくて心残りですがまたお世話になりますのでその時は一緒にPIZZA食べましょう(=ﾟωﾟ)ﾉ

동아마라톤때문에 1박으로 잡은 숙박이였는데, 종로3가 지하철역과 5분도 안되는거리에 위치하고있고 청계천도 가까워서 뚜벅이였던 저에게 위치는 최고였고, 직원분들 응대도 굉장히 친절하고 객실도 깨끗해서 너무 만족했습니다~! 아쉬운점이라면 바닥난방만 들어와서 밤에는 조금추웠다는점과 방음이 완벽하게 되지는 않더라구요 ㅠㅠ 그 부분만 빼고는 나름 하루숙박 만족하고 이용하고 왔습니다:))

口コミで経営者が変わってからダメになったと評価がガタ落ちしていたのを見て、口コミを見ずに予約していたので恐る恐る行ったのですが、部屋も清潔、内装も新しめでキレイでオシャレでしたし、チェックインの時に朝食サービスの案内を書いた紙も渡してくれましたし、大満足です。(３階にレストランと書いてありますが、日本人のレストランと意味は違い、小さいキッチンとコーヒーマシーンとシリアルが置いてあるだけです。)３階のコーヒーメーカーはいつでも飲めましたし美味しかったです。 受付真横の201号室でしたが、シャワーのバスタブの上に天井のハリがあり、160センチない私でギリギリだったので、背が高い人は頭ぶつかって真っ直ぐ立てないかと。そこだけが気掛かりですが、5号線の駅も近く(1号線は中でだいぶ歩かされました)良かったです。このお値段でこの快適さならまた泊まりたいと思います^_^

가성비 짱! 무엇보다 넓고 편안한 침대가 좋았어요. 방은 넓지 않지만 냉장고, 드라이, 티슈, 세면용품 등 필요한 물건들이 빠짐 없이 갖춰져 있어서 좋았다.

離地鐵站很近 附近有很多好吃的東西 服務人員都很nice 也會幫忙拿行李 早餐很糟糕 廚房環境不是很好 最大缺點是熱水器忽冷忽熱 浴室排水也不好 不能好好洗澡 除了早餐和熱水器之外 算是cp值不錯的住宿

위치가 찾기 힘들어서 전화했더니 외국인 직원이 마중을 나와줌 난방 잘되고 가습기도 구비되어있음 - 위생이 좋지 않음 커피포트에 물이 담겨있고 화장실에는 곰팡이가... 있음 가격이 그만큼 저렴하여 잠만 자기에는 좋을거 같음

チェックイン無言で女の子にカードキー渡されただけ。 無料の水も部屋にはなかった。 朝食付きだったのに案内がなかった。 スタッフとオーナー？の会話や向かいの店のカラオケがずーっと室内に聞こえる。 安かろう悪かろうを体験しました。 やっぱ海外で安いホテルはダメですね。

価格相応の部屋ですが、ほとんど部屋に居ないので特に気にはならないくらいの部屋です。立地は移動に便利、周辺に食堂など多くあり良かった。喫煙スペースが屋上にあり、喫煙者としては助かりました。またソウル に行く時は泊まると思う。

金額から考えると十分快適なホテルです。
今回は急遽決めた一人旅で、韓国旅行の時にいつもネット購入する格安シムを事前購入できなかったため、ネット環境のない中での旅行でした。ホテルは地下鉄１号線の鍾路3街駅から歩いてすぐの場所にあります。しかし、事前にダウンロードしたオフラインのマップの精度が甘く、そばまで行くのですが、なかなかホテルが見つかりませんでした。道行く韓国の人たちに片言の英語で聞きながら、たどり着くことができました。入口は狭く、階段で2階に上がったフロントはとても簡素で少し不安になりましたが、部屋は清潔で、バスタブもあり、一人旅には十分な広さでした。部屋代はホテルズドットコムで宿泊の前日に予約し、税・サービス料込で￥3,375でした。この金額でこの部屋なら十分満足いくものでした。

연인들이 이용하기에는...
크기는 모텔 정도이지만 깨끗하고 단정합니다. 그렇지만 방음이 거의 되지 않아 연인들이 투숙하기에는 부적합할 것 같습니다. 3일 숙박했는데 방 청소도 해주지 않고 타올 등 용품도 갈아주지 않았습니다.

下水のにおいが気になった位で概ね快適でした。チェックイン時間が遅くホテルの出入りも遅い時間でしたので、ほぼホテルの方と会わずにチェックアウトしたのですが特に不都合ありませんでした。
