The place had thin walls so you could hear the people in the hallway and they can hear the things coming from your room. The walls to the outside and also thin so you can hear the street and the crows around the hotel.

An old love hotel?
This place looks like it used to be an old love hotel or something. There is no real security (but it's Japan so it should be fine), the doors and locks to your room are paper thin and old and the bathroom is tiny. It's in a good location but I wouldn't pay more than 6000 yen a night for this.

We got the room without windows which was not very nice. The room looks somewhat old and there is barely sunlight coming in so it smells a little bit humid in the room.

We chose a non smoking room but the whole hotel smelled like smoke when we arrived. After we opened the windows or aired out a little bit when I woke up in the middle of the night the whole room smelled worse than before of cigarettes.

9階の喫煙フロアに宿泊しました。部屋も綺麗だし設備も良かったです。連泊だったのですが、部屋の清掃も毎日丁寧で快適でした。ただ、繁華街の場所なので仕方ないのでしょうが、真夜中に帰ってきて廊下で大きな声で歌ったり、怒鳴ったりする人がいたのが残念でした。ホテル自体は良かった。

「眠れればいい。とにかく安くあげたい」という方にお勧めです。部屋にズボンプレッサーやドライヤーは備え付けられていませんが、フロントで借りることができます。部屋の空調設備は旧式すぎて使う気がしませんでした。エアコンもありませんでしたが、真夏や真冬はどうするのでしょうね。フロントの対応は悪くありませんでした。

いつも定宿にしていたが暴走族のようなのがいて部屋の真下で騒音がうるさかった。定禅寺通りの静かな環境を守るためにも市の観光上も規制すべきだと思う。

所在地は、町の中でとても便利な所にあります。 夜中に街の中で騒ぐ声が聞こえました。 ペッドも広くて快適でした。 隣は、コンビニがあり、助かりました。
