DO NOT STAY HERE! There was a roach on my bed and the room was incredibly dirty. The hotel also refused to refund me despite us complaining and checking out immediately. Total waste of money.

Four stars is a big stretch. Three at best. The hotel was heavily discounted, but not worth it at full price. It was dirty and run down. Plenty of affordable options in Bali. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice and clean it’s near to restaurant/shops/beach room at back not so least specially 5260 there is no sun light at all being hot country mini freeze in room needed. Overall I had a lovely stay very pleasnt staff thanks to all in dining and bars..

Good but with problems
The hotel, the rooms, the swimming pool and the stuff are correct, but you have to be careful with the mafia in the parking lot. We asked for a taxi and a person without documentation and in front of the security guard and the kids, told us in a very rude way he couldn't enter because only they could enter and pick up customers. I don't understand how a hotel can allow this kind of mafia that, at least for our part, have ruined the experience and I don't think we'll ever come back.

More than you can ask for
Good hotel, good location (3min walk from central market), more than lovely staff, decent reception area, and looks quite good from outside too.. rooms were nice and clean too.. will definitely book here again if it comes to it!!

Very noisy - only spent one night as due to fly to the airport but was extremely difficult to sleep as the room is not sound proof at all. Could hear noise outside the balcony with loud children until 11pm and could hear noise through front door until the same time. Wouldn’t stay again even for one night and would not recommend staying for a long period as I imagine sleep would be impossible.

Nice cheap stay. You get what you pay for so can't expect too much but for the price it's everything you need and most importantly I found this hotel to be nice and clean.

Not a great hotel. Should be 2 or 3 stars not 4. Staff were great and freindly. Breakfast was not great at all very basic and little variety. Rooms were outdated, old and aircon was not effective. Location is fine however it depends what you are looking for in Bali, Kuta may be a better location for you than Seminyak. Transport is cheap but hotel isn’t near much activities and things to do. They are not walkable from this hotel. Hotel is very close to airport.

Great Location Great Value
It is a great location for a very good price. Only downside is vehicle access at night can be quite slow due to one way road and popular hotel mexicola drop offs/pick ups causing delays.

We were very comfortable the location was price was very good, there were lots of interesting retail experiences an good cheap restauraunts within 10 minutes walk - We would have preferred a slightly larger room for a 6 night stay but we would easiy stay there again - only negaitve was that the wifi was slow. stay there again

We stayed here from the 11 to the 23 October, we were expecting a quiet relaxing stay. Boy were we in for a big surprise. We were given a ground floor garden room initially room 5083. The room was nice enough although very basic, however I agree with other comments that they are small, but strangely there were no wardrobes or drawers so nowhere to unpack, only 3 hangers on a bracket on the wall. So we were living out of our suitcases. However, the biggest issue was the noise starting daily from 6am it was just terrible. We complained to reception and after some time they moved us to the 5th floor to room 5557 as they said it would be quieter there. It was marginally better but not much, the issue is the hotels pool which is in the middle and people can go swimming from early morning to late at night and the location of it acts as an amplifier as half the rooms look onto it. Add to this you have the restaurant next to the pool so you get the added noise from breakfast from 6am, plus the hotel is popular with Asian people who are not very quiet and love to bang doors in the middle of the night and like to talk very loudly at all times as well. To add to this the corridors have tiled floors so this compounds the noise levels even more. We were constantly complaining to reception about this who seemed powerless to do anything about it, there is CCTV everywhere so I find it strange that the noise makers could not be identified and it addressed. Nice but noisy
Towels and bedsheets are dirty, lots of loud noise either music or people talking. Hotel doesn't allow grab car. Shops and beach are within walking distance if you don't mind the walk. Overall if you just need a cheap place to sleep while in Bali, it's ok.
