The staff was terrific and very understanding. My luggage was delayed, so the spa allowed me to shower and get a much-needed massage after my 23-hour flight from the US. The entire staff was excellent!! A special shout out to the staff who got me into a room much earlier than 3 pm; thank you, Roos, thank you again. The airport pick-up went smoothly too. I will definitely return!!

Staff are amazing, from Concierge front Desk to restaurants staff and housekeeping. The structure is well maintained, staff are attentive. Room spacious. It is very humid, and that can impact on smell in the room, even when airconditioning on, but it is understandable. Overall positive. Location is excellent. Transport, cafe', restaurants. I loved my stay, Bali is great and Montigo Resort made it an even better experience. Big thank you to everyone!

Stayed at Montigo after a last minute change with our villa and we’re not disappointed. Great location right next door to potato head easy walk into centre of Seminyak or lots of transport options. Garden room was perfect with our 2yr old room was spacious and he loved playing in the garden. The kids club was also amazing the ladies were so friendly as were the babysitters organised by the hotel (he was too young to go by himself). Even without the babysitter was so nice to have somewhere to play with other kids and get out of the sun. Buffet breakfast was delicious. We were really impressed and would book again.

Very helpful staff and very considerate and polite. Organised pick up from the airport, which lead to us using the same driver for our return trip and day out sightseeing in Ubud. He was really good and called Supri ( ask for him to pick you up). Pool was a good size and convenient, breakfast was really good and sets you up for the day. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, very close to Potato Head and Ku Da Ta. I stayed in a balcony Suite, which was a great size and large balcony, but was a little tired on decor, my Sister stayed in a delux room, which was smaller, but had been revamped. The food and breakfast was good, but fell short of 5 stars.... however the price of the hotel is cheap compared to other 5 star hotels in the area...so overall excellent experience, and I would highly recommend... would definately stay here again. For the price point this is a great hotel.
