"The location is great and the staff are super nice and hospitable, the breakfast is great and lot to do on site. We had five suites rented. Our bathtub in one room will not drain and we talked to staff about it several times with no resolution. So for three days we could not shower in our room. Additionally, we had two towels in a suite for 5 people and when we asked the staff we were told that is all they have. One employee was kind enough to look in unoccupied rooms and get some."
