We stayed less than 24 hours, but we enjoyed our time! The room was very nice, though we booked a king suite and they offered us free parking for a trade to a double/double room. The bar was really nice!

Great place to stay. While some of the at area’s attractions are walkable the street inclines,on return, will put your cardiovascular system to work. Not a complaint though.

We thought that the hotel restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but it didn't open until 4pm for dinner. The menu choices were extremely limited for an upscale hotel/restaurant. Extremely limited!! Not even a steak!!

This is a beautiful hotel. Bathroom could have been cleaned better but overall we enjoyed it here. Bar closes way too early!

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent fitness room. I thought $50 a night for parking was over the top...but everything else was excellent.

It was impossible to find parking that your paying for anyways there was no spots at night . Also didn’t like that didn’t have a microwave in the room they have it on the floor which isn’t a big deal . But other then that it’s supper nice in a great location definitely recommend staying here for sure !!!!!

The staff were very friendly. The room and hotel in general were clean and the price was reasonable for the room. I was very frustrated with the confusion about breakfast. I believed it was a continental breakfast included in the price of the room and come to find out it cost us $76 for one morning breakfast for two people. For a just average Buffet. Way too expensive in my opinion. If the opportunity arose, I would stay here again but would certainly not get the breakfast for that price.

We did not check in at night because we weren’t going to be able to check in until the morning due to a layover. We flew all the way from Atl to Vegas (layover) and then to Seattle. We did not want to have to wait until 3pm to check in and have to wait for hours. We called the hotel a head of time to let them know this is what we were going to do and they claimed they notated the account. When we got to the hotel they charged me for the night as a no show and CANCELLED our reservation. Even though another room was available it’s the fact they took my money and still canceled the room as though we had not called them prior to. The front desk worker was not helpful she seemed clueless and wasn’t even trying to work with us. I chose to go to another hotel because this is not how you treat paying customers. I understand the room had to be paid for even though we were not there but it was how they handled the situation by cancelling our room out completely. She said they charged us a no show fee on top of the rate of the room and when we told her we called the hotel she retracted her statement and said they didn’t charge us. Something definitely did not feel right and the customer service was terrible. Normally if the hotel messed up they will do their best to accommodate you or take a percentage off of your stay or something. They did nothing. I will never stay there and I definitely would tell anyone that’s interested in booking there to think twice.

The hotel is nice, and the front desk staff is very kind, helpful, and professional. The 515-bar staff is a whole other story! I found them to be dismissive, rude, and quite arrogant. Our waiter seemed irritated that as customers, we actually wanted to be served and not in a snobby way. We were patient, courteous, and kind to him. Our drinks took forever to come, and we waited 45 minutes for our dinner, and it wasn't during peak time. Also, don't offer room service after hours if you have NOTHING to serve...LOL They stop serving alcohol at 11p. and if you wanted anything other than a salad or hummus after hours, you are screwed. OR perhaps bring your own snacks and beverages, which we would have done, had after-hours room service not been listed as an option.

I loved the location. Great and friendly staff. Easy to get to train station for local commute and walking distance to Pike. Breakfast buffet was delicious and bar was nice and chill. The rooms were clean and spacious. Overall great experience.
