Room is simple but fine, clean with comfortable bed. But the check in staff seemed really depressed and barely spoke to us. There’s an eerie feeling everywhere.

This property is old and needs to be updated to meet Ramada standards. The person at check in was very unfriendly. We were the only people at check in and after she mumbled something, knowing she wanted id, I gave her my drivers license. She barked "CREDIT CARD"! Mumbled something about elevators. Took us walking past the elevators to realize our room that was in the 100 range was on the second floor. This was a decent price, next time when were are leaving from Sea-Tac, we will spend a couple of dollars more.

We chose the Ramada because we needed the airport shuttle after midnight. However, NO ONE ANSWERED THE SHUTTLE NUMBER!! NO ONE ANSWERED AT THE FRONT DESK!! After several tries and waiting an hour we had to give up. We could not get to the hotel so had to call another hotel who actually answered the phone. Will never make a reservation at Ramada again.
