Friendly staff. Excellent Concierge. He was very helpful!. The only thing I don’t like is the Destination Fee’ some hotels now slap you with. I think it should be disclosed in the price so you can compare properly.

The staff did not request a card on file when we checked in, but when they realized a card was needed, the lady at the front desk requested for security to escort us out of our room. How is it my fault you didn’t request the information you needed and then to escalate the situation in such dramatic form? That was an awful traumatizing experience.

Everyone was helpful and very kind. The room was amazing from the view to the cleanliness. I was impressed with the amenities this establishment had to offer. My first time staying in Seattle and due to my experience here at the Hyatt Regency I would come back again for sure.

Absolutely beautiful property. The executive lounge is closed for pretty much permanently. So probably stay at the hilton Next time but it was beautiful

Amazing hospitality by Anthony! He was patient and very informative about the hotel and area. The hotel is very clean, rooms are very nice, and walkable to most of the places we had on our list!

5 stars beautiful new hotel comfortable bed excellent pillow and bedding super comfy, super modern excellent TV. Excellent views. Front desk was accommodating got us a room immediately excellent! Great customer service. The area was commercial and was safe . Unfortunately Seattle is just not a safe area anymore but they did have police on premises and the hotel was very safe. The best hotel in Seattle!

It was a nice looking hotel but they charge for every little thing. They double charged me for things I paid for in person. I don’t know if it’s just this particular hyatt or the whole company but I’ll most likely choose a different hotel next time I stay somewhere.

I left the hotel with a bad feeling toward Hyatt. I was told that my destination fee did not cover the coffee I bought that morning at the hotel. It’s not the money, it’s the lack of hospitality that bothered me.
