Receptionist, Jocelyn (I think) was lovely, so friendly and helpful. Nice big room, but window opened onto another really close by building - sheer curtains on the window would certainly help with privacy.

Room was a little dirty, few homeless folks in the area just hanging around but no one ever bothered me. Otherwise comfortable stay, staff was nice

It's kind of spartan, but they really went out of their way to accomodate us. When my spouse asked if they by chance had a shower seat, they sure did. Counter in the bathroom is small, but that was not a problem for us.

First time in Seattle and Holiday Inn made my stay very comfortable. We had to switch rooms because our AC stopped working. Staff gave us a new room immediately. I would stay here again.

My family’s experience were over all great except that theres a construction in the building and the elevator takes a long time because theres only 1 elevator working. But besides the elevator I highlight recommend this hotel because its so convenient to everything.

Everybody was nice and informative, only problem was they had an elevator out which made going up and down slow going and the stairs to the lobby seemed to be locked away and not easy accessable. But everything was mainly great

Holiday Inn was good. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was that you can hear footsteps from the room above you especially if they are heavy walkers. The are was near the space needle so it was good.

First, the road out front is closed so it’s really hard to figure out how to get to the front to park and check in. The outside of the hotel is dingy and dated. The inside common areas are dingy and dated. One of the elevators is broken and not working so it takes forever to get an elevator. The room was average and fine for one night but I would never stay here again.

Both elevators were out when we arrived, and all of us, guests, had to take either the stairs or a service elevator at the side of the building. This was doable, and a bit of an adventure every time, but employees and personnel were very helpful, positive, and professional, given the demands of the failed elevators.

Starting with positives I think the staff was very kind and hospitable, very gracious and helpful! I liked how close it was to attractions in Seattle ! However the elevator was broke during our stay and made an inconvenience and our room had wrinkled sheets over all the hotel was average but served its purpose for one night! Again staff was amazing 10/10

Surrounding area was nice and hotel was fairly clean but elevators were broken for the entire duration of our stay. We at times had to wait 10 mins for the service elevator. Upstairs neighbours also continuously made noise all night and when we complained to the desk in the morning, they said they’d follow up. Neighbours continued to stomp on the floors and make noise until check out so there obviously wasn’t a follow up.

Clean, really close to many of the main attractions of downtown Seattle! Toast to Toast (attached restaurant) was lackluster and not worth the money. Staff was polite and the room was clean and cozy.

Had a bad experience here was a bit outdated and dirty one of the elevators were broken Made it very inconvenient to get around. Also construction out side the building that they did not warn about and the AC unit did not work properly got very uncomfortable in the room at night.
