What’s unique about this property is that they demolished the entire building. That’s not something you see everyday but Expedia sure will rent out rooms then make you “follow procedures” and will try to get ahold of the owners....waste of time & money. Don’t bother booking the place.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
When we got to this place it was boarded up and fenced all around. The cab cost $21. to get there and we spent an hour and a half trying to get Expedia to get us in another place.We walked down to the next property Sleep inn and they were great.Very disappointed in Expedia.
I didnt like the manager telling me that i was angry when i wasnt just was a simple question in he got mad at me..the office lady was very rude as well telling me about a 50 dollar cleaning fee wit the most rudest way smh
The motel is close to the airport, so the rooms are super loud. They didn’t serve coffee. We had to ask for it and it took Larry (the staff member) 3 hrs to make. He was smoking pot. We understand that it’s legal in WA state but it’s not okay if it’s impact your work efficiency. Ants were also a problem. Our coffee had sugar in it, so it attracted ants everywhere. Will not recommend the place to anyone.
Noisy. Room at end of bldg was 20 ft from very busy road. Heat unit very noisy. Parking marginal upon late check-in. No Kleenex or room coffee. Ants in sink. At least shower and toilet worked, roof didn't leak, and no mice.
When we checked into our room, we found little insects on the bed. One bed had cigarette stains and holes in the bed sheet. When we told manager, he didn’t seem to care and said, “If it bothers you, you can change it yourself.” We demanded for a refund. It was horrible service and a terrible experiences.
the room was clean but the tv was not working. the front desk came to the room and fixed it. I will say that the front desk was very friendly and very welcoming. the room itself was okay. needs improvement. overall my stay was adequate. I would recommend

For the price, it was a good room. Could use a small recliner instead of a table but overall pretty decent.
a great value for the price, room was clean and well-appointed with nice furniture, very comfortable bed, a place for hanging clothes, and a TV with lots and lots of channels, the staff in the office we're very nice and helpful, I stayed here a little more than a week and it was a very good experience,
